I ordered from this place and paid $31 for ramen chicken, an order of chicken katsu, brown sauce which they did not pack with my order and a side of white rice. They sent me 5 very small strips of chicken that was overcooked and lukewarm to touch. The chicken noodle were bland and had an old taste to them as if they were reheated. I called to bring the food back and get my order replaced and the manager refused to talk to me and instead sent a message through a receptionist and told me they would not be accepting my order back and refused to replace the order. I’ll never eat here again.

If you’re not looking for authentic Japanese ramen, this place deserves five stars. I ordered the shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, but it was far from what I consider true shoyu ramen, which was disappointing. The boiled egg was a salty seasoned egg, and there was only a small amount of green onions. The chashu (pork) was tender and good. While the flavor wasn’t what I expected, if I don’t think of it as shoyu ramen, I’d rate the taste three stars. The noodles were thick; I personally would prefer thin, curly noodles that hold the flavor better. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. It simply wasn’t the authentic ramen I had in Japan.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch. As soon as you walk in, yoyre greeted with a comforting vibe as well as a wood smell similar to a sauna. The inside is well decorated and had a great atmosphere. Our server was pleasant.
Me both ordered the Beef Ramen (one medium spuce abd one very spicy).
Mum gave yiy all the flavor with a tiny dash of heat. The very spicy will put some sweat
On your nose. The broth was AMAZING! I loved the egg and verious veggies in the Raman. The seasoning for the beef is definitely worth ranting about! Between the food and atmosphere, this place is well worth the drive.

I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Staff is wonderful, Ramen is delicious and the hot sake is just the icing on the cake. Well worth a visit.

Food is subpar imo. Ramen was decent 6/10 , gyoza was a 4/10 & the popcorn chicken was just straight horrible 2/10.

Interesting place… I walk in, get seated at the bar.. in a nearly empty restaurant… white guy (no offense to him) walks in behind me, gets seated at a table (alone as well), gets his order taken and his food at his table before I am even asked if I want water… I walked out after 8 minutes then like a genie out a bottle… the waitress appears “oh wait” …lady bye.

Went in and someone gave me a table. No menu. Fifteen minutes later no one ever came to take my order or even give me a menu so I left. Saw waitresses coming to other tables, but they weren't busy. Just two other tables occupied. Laziest wait staff ever. No one even said anything to me as I left. Just looked at me and one guy in the back laughed.

Says they have gluten free options. It is just the noodles. The broth is NOT gluten free. What is the point of just having GF noodles?!
