We had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Ray's on the River today with friends, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Our server, Liz, was exceptionally friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable about the menu. She provided excellent recommendations, including a variety of delicious cocktail options.
The service was impeccable—our water glasses were always full, and the teamwork among the staff was truly impressive. Everyone pitched in to keep tables pre-bussed and maintained a cheerful, inviting atmosphere.
The manager, Shannon, stopped by our table to ensure our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. It’s refreshing to see management actively engaging with guests, ensuring everything not only looked and smelled fantastic but also met the highest standards of hospitality.
As a former server myself, I can confidently say this team is hitting every service benchmark and going above and beyond expectations. Hats off to Liz, Shannon, and the entire team for a memorable dining experience. Ball Ground, GA, applauds your excellence!

Truly a 5 star experience. Wonderful service and food. We enjoyed it so much that we might visit again tomorrow. Reasonable prices given the quality of the food. The wedge salad was one of the best I’ve ever had, a lot of blue cheese and dressing, with a drizzle of balsamic on top.

This was our first time here and will definitely be back. We went to Sunday brunch for my husbands birthday. The staff was amazing and even put a signed birthday card on the table. The buffet selections were diverse and everything was excellent. The $5 espresso martini was awesome too!

It was my second time visiting Rays, both times were very enjoyable. Everything I've had to eat so far has been delicious and the service is outstanding. Ray's has become my favorite restaurant.

Had the Sunday brunch-the shrimp and all of the seafood as well as the traditional bfast choices were excellent. Our server, Genesis, was fabulous. Definitely will return both for brunch and dinner.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Everyone was very nice, very good service. My only complaint is with the food. The oysters (At $4.50 ea.) were very small- not at all as described, and both of our strip steaks were so full of gristle that we couldn't eat half of the steaks. We didn't say anything, but in hindsight, we definitely should have! On a high note they served us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was delicious!

Excellent choice for dinner!!! If you're wanting less sodium, remember to ask for less salt ? or else you're getting a spoonful! Service and Ambiance is excellent and worth making Ray's a regular spot!

Service was horrible. We were constantly ignored. Our server spent a lot more time with the tables around us than paying attention to what we needed and has us wait for many things. Our entree was served to us with our table still full of plates and appetizers. My steak was served and I had no steak knife for a while until I requested one. We took food home with us and we're given boxes to box our own food, while tables around us were having their food boxed for them in the kitchen. We were not even asked if we wanted to see the desert options. Had a very bad time for the amount of money we spent. I do NOT recommend the Killer Creek location.
The service was absolutely amazing! I could not ask for a better server! Gerald went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Thank you to the host, the server’s, and the cook’s. Also, big thanks to the server that sang happy birthday. 10/10 experience
