Reveille Cafe

My family took me out for breakfast here this morning. Was not able to sit in a booth to ease me and my wife's backs. Food was average and way overpriced. Uptown Cafe up the road is by far the better eating spot.
Out waitress (Emily?) sure did her best and it was appreciated. I think most of the problems were from a older guy in a hat.

We came in with 6 people and they seemed to have trouble getting a table and there was a 6 person booth available right in front of us at the front. We asked to sit there but a short gentlemen wearing a Steelers hat (had to be a busboy because it is disrespectful to wear a hat indoors) basically played dumb and vetoed it. The booth would have been nice as 2 of our party has back issues and the chairs aggravate them.
We ordered anyway (Great Waitress (red hair and tattoos)!!! SERVICE from her was AMAZING!!). We asked for extra icing was she was told that we had to pay extra from the Steelers Hat person. Then he came over to our table to ask if we're got the icing as to run it in??
I can speak for everyone at our table, we will NEVER come back here again.

This people don’t have no idea about cooking food. No salt or pepper just bland food. Service was subpar. The omelette was bland. Potato was cold and bland. Never eat here. Never again.

Our family’s go-to brunch spot. Food feels fresh and not greasy like some other places. Service seems to depend on who the server is. Everyone is friendly but not always the most consistent service.

The orange juice and coffee were amazing. The crème brûlée French toast is made with a whole bunch of sugar on top and artificial flavoring. The lemon cakes were made with artificial lemon flavoring. The syrup tasted fake as well. The eggs and bacon were ok. The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright.

Staff is wonderful. We have been going here for a couple of years now. We definitely recommend this place. Have never had a complaint with them whatsoever. Kudos to the management & staff. Never disappoints us.

The service is awful. No professionalism, and they rarely get orders right. This place used to be great, but it has really gone downhill.
