We placed an order on-line and when we arrived the store was closed on 1/2/2024. We weren't the only ones who ordered on-line that day, as several people arrived to find their lunch orders had gone through but no Rising Roll open. When I called today to find out about our order, they said they will have it ready for today and then called to tell us they refunded the original order and we would have to pay again. No apology or explanation for taking orders when they were not open.

Love the Cadillac chicken sandwich...it's a real chicken patty and not deli meat. I like to add advocado and have sauce on the side. Easy to walk in and order rather than order online...which saves you $1...they are fast. I was in and out under 6 minutes. Salads are also good. Nice go to spot for lunch.

Once Upon a Time some colleagues and I enjoyed a business lunch at this lovely establishnent. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're a local or in-town for business like me... but especially if you're a local with kids because $5 bucks feeds them a fresh meal with a cookie AND a drink. Just saying, it's cheaper than a Happy Meal folks. We all enjoyed our meals, left with full bellies and lived happily ever after. The end.So why 4 stars? My pasta salad was unfortunately very dry and bland and I wasn't given a pickle. Everyone else got a pickle. Cookie selection was so-so but they weren't begging me to eat them and cookies are always begging in my presence.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options and made to order.Parking: Paved store lotKid-friendliness: There's a great $5 kids meal here!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I have used Rising Roll many times for office catering, both breakfast and lunch. They have a nice selection of sandwiches and salads - my fave is the chicken salad - YUM. It's not the cheapest place to get a sandwich but it is always freshly made and served with smiles. Oh, and don't forget to get a brownie!
