Used to order from here all the time. Went in today to order, the drive thru was open but waited 5 minutes with no one so we had to park & go in. No greeting no smile, asked for a pepperoni with 2 toppings and unfortunately didnt check. Got home & realised we got a cheese instead. Called & no apology no effort to make it better. He tried to say if I got a pepperoni I would have paid a different price but the cheese & pepperoni pizzas are the same price so what do you mean? Just didnt have yhe energy to continue arguing but yes HORRIBLE service. Might as well shut this place down cos it seems like a bother.

Very bad service over the phone, when asked about gluten cross contamination for a celiac patient the employee showed a very rude attitude and answered aggressively that he cannot guarantee anything.

When they were about to close they let me in and they were really nice about. Also it i ever have trouble with an order they always make it right, also the is bomb!!!!!!

I went in on Halloween and loved it! There was a extremely Indian lady there who didn’t understand that because it’s a holiday things are going to take longer. She was saying stuff like so the food isn’t ready yet? I placed an order yesterday. Even when the man politely explained to her that it was going to take a little while and to just wait she was still very rude. I know you can’t help who your customers are but this lady just ruined it for me. Instead of having a pleasant wait in line I had to listen to her. I felt awful for the employee who did a great job handling the situation. Props to Riverside for putting up with people like that and their nonsense.

As somebody who has run customer service departments and been in sales in sales All my life.. This Johns creek location has one exceptional employee by the name of Colin. I met him a few months ago when he was a new employee and every single time I go in there thish young man has a great big smile on his face Which is very rare at any establishment, especially food establishments. We've all had busy days and I know many people order pizza because they've had a tough day and they don't want to cook.And they got kids to take care of so the last thing they want is somebody who frowns and has a bad attitude when they walk into the store. Colin's attitude is top-notch. And I sure hope you guys train him even more to be in a management type position. Even when you guys are super busy which I experienced this past Saturday night, Collin showed no stress, and i'm sure he had plenty on his plate, but he was smiling The whole time and very courteous. I hope you guys give him a raise.Because employees like him are few and far between.You can't train people to have good attitudes, especially nowadays. My girlfriend and I come in there probably three or four times a week.And we both appreciate his attitude. And Colin if you get to read this just remember whatever occupation you're in, it's your smile that will sell you and your product People want to feel good about what they're buying, and the people who sell it to them. Keep being the positive guy you are and people will notice.I promise

Rude staff the last several visits. Been coming here since I was child and seems to have gone down hill ever since…specifically the service. The staff doesn’t seem to understand that shit talking us while inside is not very smart when the drive through window is not completely closed. @Staff working evening of 10/4

Walked in to pick up an online order at the designated pickup time and there were no greeting nor a smile. I was told to wait 5 mins but didn’t get my order until almost 30mins later. I waited around and at the 30min mark, they placed my order at the rack without even informing me that it was done nor hand it to me. I had to ask one of them to check on the order for them to hand it to me. I observed the teens working in the kitchen without gloves and one of whom was constantly rubbing his hair while building the pizzas. It was a disgusting sight as I was concerned about hair and or dandruff in the food. There was constant chatter and cursing in the presence of my child. I love Riverside Pizza but this John’s Creak location churned out a pie that looks unappetizing as there was barely any toppings and the wings I ordered were extremely dry, overcooked, and salty. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.
