Normally, I go somewhere else, but from the moment I walked in, Shannon greeted me with the warmest smile, instantly making me feel at ease. Her welcoming energy, combined with her knowledge and genuine engagement, truly made a difference, especially on a heavy day like today.
People often overlook how something as simple as a salad can impact our mood and energy, but the care Shannon put into her service elevated my entire experience. I am grateful to have found this location, and I believe Shannon deserves special recognition. Her positive energy and dedication are exactly what we need more of in customer service. I came in last week for the first time and was greeted by a nice lady who introduced herself as Shannon. I told her it was my first time in and she patiently walked me through the process. There are so many choices but she let me sample anything I was curious about. I had the seafood mix with tons of veggies. The portions are generous and everything is fresh. Upon checking out, I was told about the rewards program that they offer. The restaurant is clean and the sweet tea is delish!! All in all it was a great experience. I will be returning.

I'm a doordasher and I had to deliver THREE SALADS and one of the guys there only put one salad in the bag, he even LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT and proceeded to give me the bag with only one salad in the bag thinking it was ok!!

Pretty bad attention from the two people attending there today, particularly the woman with lots of tattoos, very bad attitude, we have to leave as we couldn’t stand the way they were attending, the owner should at least fire the tattoo girl!
Worst Customer Service ever the lady that served me is very rude and felt as if she is feeding me out of her pocket. Never coming to this location. Customer service needs to be highly improved, being a customer i felt very awkward the way she was reacting.

If you love a good salad with a lot of vegetable variety, this place is for you! Incredible selection and always fresh. The staff is friendly and the dining room is clean. The temperature is always cold, but keeps the food fresh. I could eat here every day, so the rewards program keeps be coming back for more.
