Salt Factory in downtown Woodstock has been one of those places I've kept coming back to over the years. I came here late for a work related meeting, when I arrived my colleagues received their food. I put my order in and it was link a blink of an eye, my food came right out shortly after theirs.

As always we had great service and a great meal. Shrimp and Grits were perfectly on point but would have preferred no tails on shrimp since it is a fork meal. The poached pear side salad was really fresh & good but I would have liked more pear. I love that chicken and waffles came with bacon ice cream (yummy) and syrup on the side.
