I went back back-and-forth with one of the employees for 10 minutes, I believe was a manager, about taking The teriyaki chicken without the sauce. I made it very clear that the people that I was giving this food to had dietary restrictions, but the manager did not budge. Overall, he just had a very asshole, don’t feel like it attitude, and he overall, just refused service over a dietary restriction. Horrible service would not come back here again.

I have been eating here for a year. The staff is ok , the food is ok, and the service is ok. I only wanted to give a rating of a 3.5 but I could not give a 3.5 so I gave you a four. I am allergic to chicken.. so when I place my order, I wanted to order the beef today. I noticed that the cook put a lot of raw chicken on the grill. I asked him if there was somewhere else he could prepare my beef because I was allergic to chicken . He said no it had to be on that grill.. so I won’t be able to eat here anymore but I Thank you.

I order from this place often and honestly I’ve never gotten the best service from the staff but the food is easy and good that is when they actually flavor it. The only flavor is the sauce and they give you half a squirt and ultimately no matter how many times I request extra sauce or request they put it on their Uber eats account it still has yet to happen. Just disappointing asking for exactly what you want, a simple request, and they are unable to accommodate it

This restaurant is terrible. First of all, the food was horrendous and burnt. Also, when we tried to ask for water to wash down the burnt charcoal taste, they charged us one dollar!? For one water cup?? Absolutely insane. Will not be returning.
