Ordered a chicken bento box. The chicken was good and the tempura shrimp was bland but edible. I don't like fried wontons so that wasn't tasty to me. Prefer steamed. No complaints for a mall entree though. Price about $14.00. I wouldn't buy it again bcuz it was not an item I would buy and the only tasty part was the chicken. I would definitely order the teriyaki grill chicken and veggies.

If you have any dietary restrictions, do not go to this location. I went back back-and-forth with one of the employees for 10 minutes, I believe was a manager, about taking The teriyaki chicken without the sauce. I made it very clear that the people that I was giving this food to had dietary restrictions, but the manager did not budge. Overall, he just had a very asshole, don’t feel like it attitude, and he overall, just refused service over a dietary restriction. Horrible service would not come back here again.

The workers although quite never fail to make me feel loved. Their mysterious presence aids the soul. Their smiles make me feel loved like a mother’s embrace. Sarku Japan you’ve done it again.

I have been eating here for a year. The staff is ok , the food is ok, and the service is ok. I only wanted to give a rating of a 3.5 but I could not give a 3.5 so I gave you a four. I am allergic to chicken.. so when I place my order, I wanted to order the beef today. I noticed that the cook put a lot of raw chicken on the grill. I asked him if there was somewhere else he could prepare my beef because I was allergic to chicken . He said no it had to be on that grill.. so I won’t be able to eat here anymore but I Thank you.
