Your employees need to learn how to put soups in the aju in the bag. They put mine in the bag sideways and it spilled on my car seats and myself getting out of my car 😡😡😡

I went door dashing here this afternoon and just wanted to compliment how clean and organized the store is and very professional staff.
I've never had a bad experience here. I normally us the pickup window. Now that the drive through is gone, it very easy to pick up food.

Sounds like we had a similar experience to the lady that wrote a review a few weeks ago about the guy at the drive thru that just says, “yes?” At the window. Lol he so annoyed with anything that breathes air. Slamming the window in our face in the middle of us asking for sauce. If you don’t like your job, quit!

This place is always so incredibly slow. Even if you order ahead and go to the pick up, be prepared to wait. I waited today 15 minutes for a small sandwich I ordered ahead. The man working the drive-thru was also pretty rude. I finally had to leave, without my food, to get back to work. I guess a small regular sandwich is a bit much for them to do in under an hour. Will I get a refund? Prob not. (Update: no refund).

I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich through door dash today. I specifically said no purple onions and my sandwich was covered in them. I had to throw it away. They just make me sick. Very disappointed after paying for it and tipping the driver $6.25!
Bad experience, the drive thru is mobile pickup only which is okay. But when I got up to the window, I waited 3 minutes, made eye contact with 3 different people (nobody then comes up to the window). After another minute someone comes up and just says “yes?” No greeting, just seemed irritated that I was there picking up the food that I already purchased. He hands me my meal, I set it down then reminded him that I have a drink. He said “let me see” and asked the whole bag back so he can read the ticket. I finally get my drink. Im not joking it took 27 minutes to go through the “drive thru” with only 2 other cars in front of me. If I go back I will not be going through the drive thru.

We went on T-Mobile Tuesday deal today, There were lines to order food, I don't think the workers have seen so many people to order food in a day. They seemed tired, but they kept professional sprints to get things done. SHOUT OUT to these hard working men!!!
