We regularly order online and pickup from this schlotzsky's, especially leveraging the BOGO deals on Wednesday. Last night I accidentally ordered a pizza crust instead of flatbread. Realizing my mistake, I asked for a new flatbread. I waited in my car in the pickup lane. I got my flatbread in about 20 min, a reasonable time. And to my surprise, they didn't charge me even though it was my mistake. Obviously great food if you are into their signature sourdough bread but also add great customer service to it too! Thank you so much!

I was craving a Cinnabon and didn’t feel like going to the mall, so I stopped by the Schlotzkys on Old Milton. It’s been a few years since my last visit to this location and it seems things have gone downhill significantly. The woman working the drive through window had an unwelcoming attitude that was extremely offputting. The cinnamon rolls were dry and the extremely thin layer of icing was crusted and hard as if they had been sitting out too long. Not to mention they bagged my order in one of those black plastic bags that you get at gas stations. Will not return.

I just bought a Turkey Bacon and I wish they told us that they shrunk the size of the sandwich by half. This is a ripoff. Almost $10 for a tiny sandwich. Disappointed!

Good food! But be careful, because their menu on the screen behind the register doesn’t line up with the number of the meal on their register. So make sure you say the name of the sandwich and not just, “Give me number 3.” Also, bathroom was surprisingly clean! AND… anyplace that has Steve Winwood’s Finer Things blasting over the speakers while you’re popping a squat is A+ in my book! Now excuse me while I wipe.

Absolutely hate the new pick-up drive thru concept! I did not know it started and went through the drive thru and although there was no one in line inside or outside was told they would not take my order at the drive thru that I needed to get out and walk inside or install and order through the app. So I sat outside 15 minutes downloading and ordering through the app to go back through again.
Wehn in the area again I wanted to stop back by and order again and the app was so screwed up it juts was not worth it again.
So sad so see you going in this direction rather and making it more difficult for customers to want to stop by and run through quickly while on the road.
The dominant flavor of the soda fountain is mold. Routine maintenance would prevent this.

Your employees need to learn how to put soups in the aju in the bag. They put mine in the bag sideways and it spilled on my car seats and myself getting out of my car 😡😡😡
