Feels sticky and not clean. I had to clean the table with water from the fountain before eating.

slow and bad service, no rueben and no dark bread sandwiches. 👎

Their buy one get one on pizzas on Wednesdays is a great deal. Food is decent for chain fast food restaurant.

Schlotzsky's has unfortunately declined from its former glory. Once renowned for its exceptional sourdough sandwiches and pizzas, the restaurant now seems comparable to gas station fare, with a noticeable drop in quality. The bread is off, lacking the character it once had, and it's evident that cost-cutting measures have taken precedence over quality. This establishment no longer feels like the fresh deli it once embodied, leaving loyal customers disappointed.

Love their sandwiches, but price is too high.

I’ve always enjoyed the delicious food here, but today was a letdown. I went through the drive-thru and ordered just a cup of soup. After waiting for over 15 minutes in line, I decided to leave. I was on my break at work and unfortunately couldn't wait any longer. This was especially frustrating since I had already paid. I could understand the wait for a sandwich or more complicated order, but the wait time was far too long for such a simple order. Don't come here if you value your time.

I typically love Schlotzkys. I don't usually go to this location and I won't return. We sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes waiting on our order. No apologies were offered for the extreme wait. The smoked turkey bun tasted burned (not toasted) and there was an excessive amount of pepper on the meat. My son threw his sandwich in the trash. The only thing edible was the Mac and cheese. I am so dissapointed.

they always forget something in my order when we do takeout.

THE WOMAN OWNER LOCKED THE DOOR TO GET IN. SAID THEY WERE ONLY TAKING ORDERS IN DRIVE THRU. THEN, BY THE TIME I GOT TO THE WINDOW, THEY HAD OPENED THE DINING AREA.
THE DRIVE-THRU WAS A 25 MINUTE WAIT, AND THE SANDWICH WAS HORRIBLE. COSTED ALMOST $12.00 FOR MESS.
I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I remember going here quite some time ago, and my favorite thing was the brisket Mac and cheese.

Unfortunately they made the regrettable decision to discontinue that product, and I haven't really wanted to go back since then. Honestly killing off one of the best items on your menu was one of the dumbest things your leadership could've done.

Surprised they're still in business honestly, they'd do so much better and make more money if they brought back some of the fan favorites like the brisket Mac and cheese.
