I’ve always loved Smoothie King for their smoothies, but the staff at this location is bringing such a shame to the brand with their poor work ethic and attitude. While waiting for my order, I witnessed them throwing away about 5 orders due to mistakes. When my drink was finally handed to me, it was the wrong one, and they had to redo it.
The replacement drink they gave me was leaking from the sides of the cup, making a complete mess. As I grabbed a few paper napkins to clean it up, the lady behind the counter actually questioned me, asking why I needed so many napkins! I had to tell her it was to clean up the mess she made.
From what I saw, it seems like this level of carelessness and attitude is normal for them every day with every customer. Very disappointing experience for a brand I truly enjoy.

Cannot say enough great things about The Smoothie King on Windward in Alpharetta! I have been a regular customer for over a year now. Hands down this location makes the best smoothies (and I have been to other locations). I am always greeted with a smile! The folks working there are amazing and pleasant. Big shout out to Dave! I can’t remember everyone else’s names but they are all great! Thank you for a job well done!
