The manager Savannah is unprofessional. I brought one smoothie from here almost three months ago. They charged me twice! Then the order that I was charged for was more than the price of what I ordered. I’ve called/texted 8 times ( including a call to corporate) and the team members and HER have said they would call back and they never do! I started making my own smoothies using a portable ninja smoothie & my smoothies taste better & it’s cheaper. Don’t go here unless you want your money stolen.

It was too sweet and lacked more fruit flavor.The girl was friendly but didn't give us much specific information on certain ingredients.The place was very quiet even though there were only 3 people.

⚠️⚠️⚠️? The next time I visited he (the guy server) created my drink but unknown to me he spat in my drink ? or worse ?. He then served it to me with a very intimidating, deviant facial ? expression. It all started because I tipped a female server a large tip ⭐️, the guy associate saw and became extremely jealous. Anyway ? I come by this smoothie king 3-4 times a week. Dave is the nicest and sweetest you have! Always has my smoothie ready (I order through the app) and it’s always right, and no issues! Just wanted to give Dave a shout out, it’s nice to see him when I visit! Thanks, Dave!

I just got home with my smoothie bowl. I started eating it and immediately noticed that something was wrong with it. There were chunks of ice throughout the bowl. Like huge chunks of ice. There was nothing fresh about the bowl. The fruit tasted weird and then they left off the honey. I immediately call the store and the guy answered saying"hello". I thought I had the wrong number. I had to ask if this was smoothie king. I explained to him that I just left and the way my smoothie bowl was and he said he remembered me but there is nothing he could do bc that's just how they are made. He was old me verbatim, "this location does not have fresh bowls and sometimes bc it is pre-made, this could happen". What!!!! Are you serious? I told him I live right down the road and would like to bring it back. He said he can't do anything. The bowl was NOT edible at all. This is the second time I have experienced something with this location. Avoid this location.

I ordered online and received this product. I was surprised that I would receive this. I didn't have time to address the issue in person. This is the second time I have come to this location and received a below mediocre product. I should have granola and the portion should be more when it comes to the açaí. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this location. This does not look edible in my opinion and the fruit looks old.
Severely understaffed. My partner and I ordered one smoothie online to avoid waiting a long time. We received confirmation at 4:32 PM that our smoothie would be ready at 4:42 PM. Instead, we received it at 5:30 PM because in-person orders take precedence and online orders are fulfilled from newest to oldest.My partner and I were seated next to a young man who also ordered online with his parents waiting outside in the sun. We watched as several groups of people came in, ordered, and received their smoothies before us and shared our thoughts on the inefficiency of it. As he left, I heard his mother complain that one smoothie was not worth a 40 minute wait.With only two people working, it’s difficult to fulfill orders for multiple people, especially with the same person having to pour the drinks and wash the blenders. The order system is also severely flawed.

My bowl was AMAZING however the man making someone else’s drink got a strawberry with his bare hand and threw it in his mouth while working!! Extremely inappropriate and very unsanitary. ?? I hope management looks at camerasat 6:09 on May 13 in the evening!!! This needs to be addressed!!!

Got my wisdom teeth out and simply want a smoothie for it everyday. I wait in drive thru (WITH ONE OTHER CAR IN LINE) and it take 20 minutes to get my order. Mind you, their is one car in front of me at the window and he won't take my order. I'm sorry but if you can't work at a smoothie place alone (as we were told) then this isn't the job for you. Took us to get to the window to get it in the blender. What are you doing???!???!???!!?!?
