Looks like they’ve switched their employees 😔…. Which is cool but the new lady (seems like manager) could use a little help in customer service category…. They are very unfamiliar with the menu(last time i came, they didn’t know what a pupcup was and i had to tell them what to use 😩) and this time they messed up my order multiple times and ( i had to pay for them to just make a whole new smoothie which has horrible consistency with too much liquid ) I wont be back to this one anymore. The old crew made better smoothies and had better service.

I went back and they fixed the extra liquid smoothie and i went home and fixed the other smoothie.

Best smoothie king location ever! I haven’t been since they came under new ownership and it is truly amazing! The lady that served me was so kind and knowledgeable and truly took pride in caring for this location. It was such a nice shift from the previous owners. I will definitely be coming to smoothie king more often now that I know the great and A+ service they offer. My brain is foggy and have a hard time remembering names even though she told me it twice but I believe her name was Misha? She was amazing and I’m grateful for the experience and conversation she provided. I got a Gogi bowl and a bluegert blitz. Also big thanks to Ryan who said he only recently started but was also very kind and kept a sanitary work space!

Dietary restrictions: Let me modify smoothie for my diabetic child no problem

The smoothies are great but be warned going through the drive thru; I’ve never been through one where you spend 3 minutes waiting at the speaker then 5 minutes waiting in line to get to the window, then 3 more minutes before getting your smoothie from the window. And I only got a single smoothie, can’t imagine how long it’d be with multiple.
