Awful service took 40 minutes to get ice cream and without any sense of urgency.

They were slow fixing our ice cream but overall good. I will go back again. I like it..

Find my new fave: honeydew! Also recommend Taro. The store is welcoming and I love the fact that they open till midnight.

This was my first time visiting this ice cream shop, and their ice cream was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any photos of it, but I did take pictures of the stuffed toys they sell in the store. I found it quite unique and interesting to see stuffed toys being sold in an ice cream shop.

The hours listed here said they were open. The hours on the window are missing/illegible. It is not a holiday, it is the Friday of the last week of school. All the lights were on, but the door was locked and no one was inside. No one answers the phone either. How do they expect to get customers? There were other customers outside as well, just as dumbfounded. This is definitely a time and day to be open. I had promised my kids ice cream as a treat after a successful first week of school.

service was meh. ice cream was good. my two stars is because the place is gross behind the counter and so was the bathroom. I was trying so hard not to pay attention but the lack of cleanliness where food is served is disgusting-it needs a good deep clean back there. the guy making our ice cream had on gloves but rubbed his nose while wearing them TWICE then continued to wear them after ours was made. He got on his phone, played with his hair, rubbed his nose-WITH his gloves on then served the next costumer that came in. nah I’ll skip out next time.

Such a lovely shop with the best rolled ice cream I’ve had! I got the taro flavor with popping mango boba and it was delicioussss!!! Great atmosphere and cute plushy items and merchandise !

I have been here twice and am not a local. Every time I visit my grandma we go to this place for a sweet treat and good vibe. I will be coming back next time :)

Good place for ice creams… open till late

Very beautiful ice cream place! I had the chocolate rolled ice cream with M&M’s, sprinkles, & Oreos. They taste very delicious. You should try this place if you are looking for rolled ice cream

This place was just terrible. At first everything went well however they lost our ticket, acknowledged that they lost a ticket, and then proceeded to ignore us for over an hour while we waited for our ice cream. We watched how over 15 people came in after us got their ice cream while we just sat there. When we finally said something they seemed to not care and on top of that they messed up one of our orders. The ice cream itself tasted old and overall it was a big disappointment.
