Walk in and get stared at as if I am infringing on their space. When I ask what’s up I get a sarcastic “welcome to Starbucks!” From the barista. Not welcoming at all! Never coming back!

I ordered with the manager Jess . She charge me for extra foam . When i asked for more foam being there wasn't enough for my liking she told me I would have to pay another extra charge. I paid $2.60 for sweetener for my coffee. She was very rude and very unhelpful especially for someone in management.

Thanksgiving Morning, My Wife Just went there to pick up coffee and a warm danish, and when the lady handed her the hot coffee through the drive through window, the lid wasn’t correctly placed well, and the hot coffee spilled all over my legs , arm , clothing and outside and inside of her New Car, what a Quick shot to her system when really hot coffee hit her skin 😡😭. The Lady was in shock , she didn’t know what to do, no one didn’t even rush over to the window to see if My Wife was okay or offer to help. Manager Didn’t even show up to the window to see if my wife was Okay, All they said was I’m sorry and gave my Wife another cup of coffee and still charged full price , when she returned home and walked in the door I saw coffee all over her and she told me what happened. I HAD To Spend the last 45 minutes cleaning out Her car ,getting the smell out of her car, while she had to change clothes and clean up , we were late for our Thanksgiving lunch with family .very disappointed starting out our my morning of Thanksgiving Day. Terrible service Update, I contacted the customer service number you suggested on Monday the 2nd of December and spoke with a representative, he said the district manager would be contacting me, Today is Saturday the 7th and I have not heard from him or anyone else 🤦♂️. Very disappointing Update: today is Friday the 13th and I still haven’t heard from anyone 🤦♂️ Update: it’s now the 19th, 6 days to Christmas, and after contacting the customer service # that the owner suggested I call, after speaking with a representative who told me the District Manager would be contacting me about this horrific accident, still have not heard from the DM or no one, very disappointing🤦♂️. We and everyone around me have been going to Starbucks all over the Country for many years and I am shocked 😳 that no one has responded back to me personally about this incident 🤦♂️.

I am not looking for a friendly staff. I understand people are tired, but I got yelled at by a barista while waiting for my coffee. I was just standing next to the bar waiting for my order, the coffee shop was busy since it Is small and has like 4 tables. I am sure I wasn’t on the way of anyone.

My daughter worked here two years ago and had to quit during her training which was paid and she still has not received her payment. I seen her W-2 with the amount this business owes her. Did not honor the drink special. I was quoted a discounted price at the speaker and after waiting in line to get to the window I was told that they tried to charge me double and refused to honor the price that I was told because it was now 6:01 and the special ended at 6. I do not control the time it took for them to make the orders for the cars ahead and they should honor the price I was told instead of trying to scan once you get to until window.

I love this Starbucks. They automatically make a large ice water and a pup cup with my order (you can't order them through app) and they know I always request to add them. It is amazing customer service that they know my order and also the add-on items I get regularly as well. They are always friendly and helpful.
Parking: They have plenty of parking in their lot or an extended lot in the shopping area.
