I've been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, ordering two venti lattes daily — spending over $14 each day. Unfortunately, for the past two months, the quality has noticeably declined. My drinks are consistently either made incorrectly or significantly underfilled — I can often combine both lattes into a single cup, which should never be the case. I've returned multiple times to have them remade, and while the staff has been polite, the issue keeps happening. It’s disappointing because I used to trust this location for consistent quality, but lately, I’ve felt like I’m not getting what I’m paying for. I hope management takes a closer look at preparation standards — especially for regular customers who count on consistency.

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but this has become a recurring issue. On multiple occasions, my order at this location has not been prepared correctly. At first, I thought it was just the morning rush — long lines, busy staff — and I tried to be understanding. But it keeps happening.

What’s most frustrating is paying for a specialty drink and receiving a regular coffee instead. It might seem small, but when it happens over and over, it’s disappointing — especially when you’re starting your day. I hope the team can take a bit more care with order accuracy moving forward.

Walk in and get stared at as if I am infringing on their space. When I ask what’s up I get a sarcastic ā€œwelcome to Starbucks!ā€ From the barista.

I ordered with the manager Jess . She charge me for extra foam . When i asked for more foam being there wasn't enough for my liking she told me I would have to pay another extra charge. I paid $2.60 for sweetener for my coffee. She was very rude and very unhelpful especially for someone in management.
