Several coworkers recommended the medicine ball for my cold. They described the drink as minty and citrusy. I ordered through the drive through. The waiter was friendly imo. I asked for a straw. She gave me one at the window with a smile. When I got home (20 min after running an errand) the drink was still scalding hot. No big deal I just waited. I realized the straw she gave me was not for hot drinks and stated so On the packaging. The drink taste like cherry Thera flu. I continued to sip it hoping it was the right recipe. After texting my friends franticly they confirmed that it did not sound like the right drink. It was super sweet like syrup. I don’t believe it was prepared correctly. Anyways I felt no better and I proceeded to another remedy. My issue was the straw and the recipe. Thank you

I ordered Java chip Frappuccino yesterday and it was just not quite right , It’s frustrating because these drinks not cheap . Also what is going on with this Starbucks location? There is ALWAYS TRASH on the floor literally front of Starbucks and parking lot . Even in the seating area. It’s very disappointing and unattractive. Even my daughter noticed that . Shaking my head. Please keep it clean and community wise as well . It seems like no one cares to keep the area clean . Honestly even inside wasn’t clean either . Just at least use wipes to clean the counters table ….. it’s important keep area clean consistently .. .. take care of surrounding

hands down the best starbucks i’ve been to. the staff is so nice every time i visit
BRANDY is awesome! Every time I get to the drive through and hear her voice , it brightens my day !Always polite, always warm, always patient with me and my children placing our order ! Thank you brandy for always having a positive attitude everydayQ.

The first time we went there, we saw a very messy kitchen, strawberries everywhere on the counter, the manager poured my coconut milk and spilled half of it on the ground and then she asked her peers if we paid! My husband wanted to intervene but I asked him to let it go! Awful ?! The second time, we went back because we like the sunny part outside and it was already 5 pm! We asked for pink drink no ice and the guy left asking his coworkers something! He came back saying that it will be a gap in the drink because of the no ice! My husband this time and my son were enraged and told him what is that! He said! It’s a policy! Lies! We went to 1145 bluegrass Ct and we ordered with no ice. Please see the picture! The two cups are full!! My husband told me that it’s racisme! Really sad ! I’m thinking about boycotting Starbucks for life because they promote a whole bunch of people that were discriminating us! Three guys! That’s a lot! We went to the other one just to validate if the policy was true!! All lies!! Look the picture as proof!

I immigrated to the US in 2003 and my first city was Alpharetta. I have seen this Starbucks for the longest time as the apartment complex right behind this Starbucks was my first home. This Starbucks has been around for 20ish years and it's a pretty solid location.This Starbucks isn't the biggest -- it's actually pretty small and pretty hard to find seating so I do like the location that's on the other side of Old Milton better but the drive thru here is conveniently located so I come here pretty often.It looks like they recently did remodeling which actually reduced the seating even further.. bummer but I guess folks are centered more towards pick up n go nowadays but that's what docks it 1 extra star for me. Service here is generally friendly and I'm able to quickly grab n go here so 3 stars doesn't mean bad -- I'll definitely be back.

Great coffee and very friendly staff. Check your order before you leave, mainly if you ordered a custom drink. They get it right most of the time. It's that one time I think I don't need to check, and it's not right. This is why my wife won't go to Starbucks anymore. She prefers Starbucks at Krogers.
