I have tried to come here to study on multiple occasions. The music is so loud that even with my noise canceling headphones, I cannot focus whatsoever. They turned it up periodically throughout the hours I was there trying to work. If you want to study or work, I wouldn’t come here.

He went through the drive-through and my husband, unfamiliar with Starbucks, asked for a French vanilla latte. They only have regular vanilla, but the barista was incredibly helpful and suggested a mix of hazelnut and vanilla. He really enjoyed it!

Incredibly slow drive thru on multiple accounts. Starbucks usually has really quick service but don’t expect it at this location. Had to leave a line after waiting ten minutes- hadn’t even been able to give my order yet.

If you don't tip at the drive through the male barista with the septum piercing will leave your drinks in view and walk to the back until another employee hands them to you.

A very uncomfortable experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel the pressure: come in knowing exactly what you want to order. If you ask a question about any item, they look at you like you’re clueless. And after you place your order even if you leave a good tip they practically rush you away, as if you’re in the way, even when there’s no one behind you. Such rude, cold, and disrespectful service. I won’t be coming back.

Leashy Clutter

Drive through to get a brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink, received my drink it was all one color with stuff floating in the bottom , when this particular drink you can see the layers of color between the milk and espresso, the drink tasted like sugar water, I came back through the line to get the drink remade it took over 20 mins just to reach front of the line , they took my old cup from me , the employee standing at the espresso machine making my drink proceeded to dump out some of my old ( wrongly made drink) out and make the new drink on top of it , the window employee was watching the other employee do this and said nothing , I decided to leave , without a drink, how would this next drink be any better, how are any of those actions acceptable??? I called the store to speak to manager he said he would have a conversation with him about it , still does nothing to fix the problem, I paid for an $8 drink that I did not receive!!!!!!!!!! And your employees clearing don’t know what they are doing ! I will not be returning to this location , and I advise others not to as well.
