I always order ahead and then stop in and grab my order before going to work. Everyone that works there is very nice and they always have my order ready. Even though I only live two miles from the place, it only takes me a few minutes to get there. Everything is always fresh and good, and my coffee is always made exactly as ordered. They don't have a huge selection of tumblers and mugs, but they do have some for sale. It's a pretty big Starbucks, and there always seems to be a space to sit down and work if needed, and they have plenty of seating outside. All in all a really good Starbucks.

I emailed the manager of this Starbucks months ago about the service. I was told they had old equipment and mobile order wasn’t working well. Fast forward to today…..complete remodel of the store, new equipment but The new layout doesn’t flow and it’s confusing. Also I’ve waiting 20 minutes for black coffee in a traveler.

The hard Truth

Every since the remodel, I gave them another chance. I only go in the morning because the last night shift before the remodel was horrible. But since then, they have gotten my order right. The staff is great. I ordered Starbucks more because of the staff. I even tried new things my favorite

Very quick, croissant was great but the worst Frappuccino I’ve literally ever had, and did not follow any of the instructions when I ordered online. Very disappointing that I will be throwing money in the trash because my drink is undrinkable it’s so bad.

The new layout of this Starbucks is so confusing. After you order your drink, there is no where really to wait for your drink. The area they provide the drinks is next to the door and area for people to get straws and napkins. I just don't feel comfortable or welcome in this location. I will go elsewhere.
