Made a completely different drink 3 times. I order an iced latte. I ask for a little extra syrup and that’s it. It’s not complicated. I decided it wasn’t worth it and just left.

The place was nice. It is inside the kroger shopping center. We ordered coffee, cake pops,pumpkin muffin,hot chocolate, and the pink drink. The cashier started getting a lot of customers but still fulfilled our order in a timely manner. We were able to go shopping afterwards, so it was a nice convenience.

I just went today for an online order I made , the guy there got my drink wrong 3 times … kept rushing & not reading what my order was , I wouldn’t care if I didn’t pay for my specific order to be non dairy cream & non dairy foam. The first time there was no foam, the second time foam was added but when I asked if it was non dairy he said no & took it back.. 3rd time again no foam… drink tasted watered down & nasty. I had my kids with me so I couldn’t sit & wait for them to get the 4th time right … waste of money & my time. Won’t be going back ! ??

This location is getting 3 stars, due to the rudeness of my order taking long on purpose. I noticed my order was put in around and before other customers and it was purposely ignored today. The manager was very accommodating and nice! She told me they were backed up, but i know he purposely put mine to the side. The next time i come to this location and I see this particular man making the drinks i will kindly leave. Thanks

I order a VT latte breve triple 5 pumps of sugar free vanilla extra cinnamon powder. I always order the same thing so I know how it taste. They used spoiled oatmilk instead of (breve) which is half and half. If it’s not spoiled oat milk it’s spoiled milk because it’s cutting and taste spoiled. I spent 8 dollars for drink I can’t drink.

Worst drinks in Alpharetta. I ordered a drink with oat milk and was extremely sick the entire day. I can’t prove it but they definitely used whole milk. The drinks are always wrong!!!! Go inside and watch them make your drink. Or another location. It’s so many.

I recently had the bad experience of trying the Starbucks Strawberry Creme Frappe. I've always been a fan of Starbucks and have enjoyed their other beverages, the consistency of this frappe was all wrong. It was watery and lacked the creamy texture even after paying extra for vanilla sweet cream. It felt like I was drinking a melted slushie rather than a properly blended beverage.I couldn't even finish half of the drink because it was so unpleasant.Along with this the staff there also were very inattentive and doesn’t care customer customization.Considering the price tag attached to this beverage, I was sorely disappointed. I hope that Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service. (As I requested for vanilla sweet cream and they made it with milk) I have been a loyal customer for years, and I believe in giving second chances. However, if this issue is not addressed, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to Starbucks.
Very poor service. The barista is always rude when I ask for extra sauce. I can understand when they are slammed busy but there was only one person in line behind me and I waited for his assistance. Very disappointed. Definitely not the same kind of service that I am used to receiving from Starbucks.

The place with the worst service i have ever been. The girl was just rude and dont seem like working at all. Just right now i got my order. After i told her the ingredients so many time she still didn’t get it right, so i showed her my phone with what i want on it… she took one look and say nothing and ask “ok what else”… ofc the drink came out wrong. So i asked her to add more in it i will pay more cuz It wasn’t what i order.. she said “oh that all i heard” i was like… im sorry but her attitude was badWell i guess she going thru a bad day

Ordered online to pick up after my grocery shopping in the morning. The staff was on her phone and didn’t make the drink. When she did make it, she made it incorrectly and had to remake wasting more time. The name tag said Tyler and was disrespectful saying “This is why I don’t like working Fridays”. Poor service.
