8-10-25 - my wife and I ordered some coffee and salted caramel cappuccino, and the bacon 🥓 gouda sandwich. The cappuccino was really good, but you had to search within the sandwich to find the bacon 🥓. We were on the road back home otherwise would have returned. Nice atmosphere and good service

When I tell you never go here if you’re black. They don’t treat you right and look at you crazy. Poor customer service. My kids drinks were made wrong and I was told that they will not remake it. Never again will come here again

Good Starbucks, located inside a conference center. The entrance is a bit weird on the side of it. They make good drinks and have quick service. Parking is difficult to find but that's the area.

I’m staying at the Avalon Hotel and I came to this Starbucks because my wife was sick and I needed a cup of ice. I drink Starbucks coffee every day. The bearded short guy told me it was not their policy to give out a cup of ice if I didn’t purchase anything. So I made a coffee purchase and then asked for a cup of ice. He then told me it was not policy to give me a cup of ice and If I needed it I had to go ask the connecting hotel. I told him Starbucks gave me ice water just yesterday with my coffee. He told me he was allowed to give a cup of ice water with purchase but not a cup of ice with purchase. What sense does that make. I had to get the ice water then pour it out to just have ice chips for my sick wife. Stupid policy and stupid worker!

I visited after 11am today with my daughters. The male barista working was very rude and didn’t make my drink properly. When staying at the hotel I do not recommend this Starbucks😕 SMH

I cannot write enough negative reviews about this location. If you need to grab a drink in a timely manner please do NOT count on getting yours within 10 minutes here. I ordered a chai tea latte one day and it took 29 minutes to make, when I asked the employees twice LUCAS had no sense of urgency and gave me a snarky response, not even pretending to care that I had to leave and I was unable to get a refund to make it to work on time due to paying with a gift card. Today I ordered a matcha, to which they freestyled and gave me a cold brew. 15 minutes after ordering they finally handed me my drink, despite their mistake. Very few employees here are not sluggish.

Not even close to what I ordered once again.. I ordered and happens every time. This place would owe me so many drinks to make up for the ones I pay for that they get wrong . And nobody cares.

Visited this Starbucks recently, what a treat! Nicholas and Taylor were absolutely amazing. The energy and professionalism is unmatched. Can’t wait to return!

I am very displeased with this Starbucks location. I asked for a Venti size, was charged for a Venti, and they still gave me a Grande. I then discussed this with the workers, who incorrectly stated I was charged with a Grande. Afterwards, I used my Starbucks App to compare the prices of the sizes for my order (Venti and Grande), and I even included my tip in the calculation. They still told me that I was incorrect and they never even apologized for any misunderstanding. Terrible customer service and I will NOT be returning.
