It says online that they open at 5 AM. They Open at 5 AM when it’s convenient for them. If your hours have changed you need to change the hours online. There are people that leave for work super early in the morning I would like that Starbucks coffee at 5:15 in the morning.

The one I perfer to go to down the road has better service I truly avoid this one but I tried to give them a chance. Ordered my drink it was nothing but syrup and the rude attitude from the dude who was more concerned about a tip than quality

There is roughly a 25% chance they get my order wrong at this location. It used to be once in a while but recently it has started to happen much more frequently. My drink is labeled correctly but the actually drink itself is wrong. For example, I order a flat white and get a hot chocolate. Unfortunately the drink I get tends to contain no coffee whatsoever and it has even happened when I order my drinks with extra shots of espresso. Also, there is one person who must wear a lot of perfume that gets on the lid of my drinks somehow and the drink ends up tasting like the perfume unless I take the lid off which is not ideal during my morning work commute.

I've got a bit of a Starbucks ritual going on – every morning, I swing by and order a mocha with heavy cream, extra hot, and no whipped cream. It's my go-to, and I've never had a problem with it... until I started going to this particular location. For some reason, they just can't seem to get it right. I've received my coffee, only to find that it's not made the way I like it. It's a bummer, and I'm starting to think that maybe they just don't know how to make it.

The drink was bland just like the girl serving me with the eyeglasses today…she was rude, no thank you and just put drinks on counter. Made me feel as though I was bothering her. But I’m a visitor in this area today…my Starbucks in Sandy Springs is the best all around!
