I’ve been meaning to send this for some time. I want to recognize Kelly at the 11740 Haynes Bridge Rd store. I first met her before the store moved and was kind of a regular. Then Covid hit, the store moved, and I hadn’t visited for a couple of years. I went through the drive-thru one Friday and she recognized my voice and called me by name!

Great experience!! When you go inside an establishment like this you can look at the folks working behind the counter and see they're tired and probably p-- because of rude people. My theory is to be nice at all cost!!! The lady that helped me was not in a good mood. I greeted her with a Good Morning and placed my order. I caught her off guard. I ordered a medium cup of coffee, and she gave me a large. Kill folks with kindness!!!

I'll echo what others have said, the staff here is amazing! It's so nice to be greeted with a smile, you can literally hear it in their voices even over the drive thru intercoms.Drinks and food are generally consistent across most Starbucks I've been at, so it is the staff that really sets them apart.
