Excellent Drive-thru Service at this Starbucks. My drink was PERFECT!!

Two visits today. First was a mobile order through the drive through. When you show up to the ordering box, the menu board is hard to read. The mobile order was not ready upon arrival but was ready at the drive through window after two cars ahead got their order. A paper receipt was not available when asked for at the pickup window with the staff saying the only way to get it was through the mobile app. (This is problematic for business expenses). Second visit ..inside. Ordered a mocha. The menu board only shows one size and one price. But there seems to be three different sizes (with mystery pricing at time of order). The bathrooms are unisex and require a code for entry (2345). Wi-Fi works with a log/ email address collection for Starbucks marketing. Staff was nice but I feel the drive through gets priority over walk in ordering (which is common among the drive through food industry.)

Parking: Two Handicap parking spots available too.

I want to thank the staff that were at this location Friday, 1/3/2025, around 130-230p. Ever since COVID I have felt like Starbucks has converted to being a carryout place, instead of somewhere to sit down and enjoy a little time. On Friday I was waiting for friend to meet me and I was pleasantly surprised to find the store didn't feel like a chaotic assembly line of drinks (Haynes Bridge, where I normally go, often feels this way), and I was even more surprised when the gentleman barista brought me my coffee to my table. It reminded me of what coffee shops used to feel like and it made my day a little brighter. Thank you.

The coffee is what it is, BUT the employees at this one are rude. 630 AM they had the kusic inside so loud that I literally couldn’t hear the employee ringing me up. I made a comment about it and she got really rude about it. Here they think it’s all about them but I guess their culture at this location.

Not a fan of the coffee or lattes but the tea is good. Breakfast is decent for to go orders as well for workers.

I recently visited this Starbucks on Saturday, 7/20, to pick up my to-go order. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. As I entered the store, I noticed a female employee wearing a headset who was loudly cursing and dropping the F-bomb multiple times. This behavior was unacceptable, especially in front of customers. Such language and unprofessional conduct should not be tolerated in any customer-facing environment. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers in the future.

To the white guy with the beard, if making coffee is too stressful for you, stay home, QUIT. The Uber eats driver isn’t some peasant that comes in there to bother you all for fun. You don’t bark at anyone that the order is not ready before saying hello or even asking for the name. Common courtesy; it’s just Coffee bro, chill..

Terrible experience! They do a poor service. This morning I bought a chai latte, the cup was damaged and the liquid poured all on me. I was head to the church, it ruined my Sunday. I had to come back home and lost the service, due to the incompetence of an attendant.
