Today, I placed an order at this location and had a disappointing experience. The manager(Malita), appeared to be poorly trained and lacked basic customer service skills. She was unprofessional, there was no greeting, no smile, and the orders were not delivered in the sequence they were placed. Customers who ordered after me received their drinks first.

When I asked about the status of my order, she responded rudely and could not provide a proper explanation. It seems that she and the staff need training on customer service and proper order management. Experiences like this can negatively affect Starbucks’ reputation.

I ordered through my mobile phone and sent it to the wrong store and when I went to the right store to pick it up they were so kind. They said that it does happen and they made my order instead of sending me to the other store. I called the other store when I got home and explained it all and they canceled my order so thank you Starbucks because otherwise I would have been driving all around Alpharetta.

I've been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, ordering two venti lattes daily — spending over $14 each day. Unfortunately, for the past two months, the quality has noticeably declined. My drinks are consistently either made incorrectly or significantly underfilled — I can often combine both lattes into a single cup, which should never be the case. I've returned multiple times to have them remade, and while the staff has been polite, the issue keeps happening. It’s disappointing because I used to trust this location for consistent quality, but lately, I’ve felt like I’m not getting what I’m paying for. I hope management takes a closer look at preparation standards — especially for regular customers who count on consistency.

I’ve been getting iced blonde vanilla latte with oatmilk every day for 3 years and I always pay somewhere between 6.90-7.50. I was charged at this specific location 11 dollars and some cents when I asked about it she just said that’s what it was showing on her computer. Please train your employees

The staff seems poorly trained and lacked basic customer service skills. The entire morning team came off as unprofessional and disconnected, with no energy or personality. Do better, learn how to make a proper drink and smile don’t stare. It’s creepy.
