Needed a place to hang out until a meeting I had scheduled and decided on Starbucks. Found a comfy chair and they brought my drink to me rather than my having to come pick it up, which was so nice! Two other customers walked in with their dogs and no problem at all. So nice to be in an environment where there is no one complaining about something. Very friendly staff and of course, great coffee.

Went to order my favorite drink which had sadly been discontinued. They went above and beyond to custom make me a similar drink and give me the recipe so I could order at other locations. So grateful! Matti, you are the best!

I ordered through my mobile phone and sent it to the wrong store and when I went to the right store to pick it up they were so kind. They said that it does happen and they made my order instead of sending me to the other store. I called the other store when I got home and explained it all and they canceled my order so thank you Starbucks because otherwise I would have been driving all around Alpharetta.
