Some of their staff who work late have so much attitude and are a bit too aggressive.

One of the employees (young African American girl with glasses) handed me my drink (it was supposed to be a hot PSL) and it was cold, like freezing cold (while I ordered a hot one). I told her it was supposed to be a hot drink and she was trying to convince me that the temperature is how it is supposed to be since they add whipped cream to it. And I said ok but this is way too cold like an iced latte! Can you at least hear it up?
She said no she couldn’t and the only way is if she makes a new one!
Then I said do you understand that I ordered a hot drink and the drink you gave me is COLD?
Then she started arguing and getting an attitude with me. Then I told her “can you touch my cup to understand what I am talking about??? It’s freezing cold.” After another full round of attitude, she touched my cup and realized she poured the coffee while their machine was turned off! Like how can you mess up that bad and not realize that the coffee you’re pouring is cold! And then later on, when the customer tells you about it, you still keep insisting on your mistake!

So my message to the store manager and this specific employee is that you do not need to always argue with people without even listening to them. It’s fine if you make a mistake but if you insist on it and don’t even let people talk and think you are always right is not cool. Especially when someone is paying $8 for a drink.

I would like to personally commend the staff on 12/1/2024 Sunday morning. While dining in before a road trip home, an irate-impatient customer started talking out loud harassing the employees. They were professional and proceeded their job functions while handling her with care- and not disrespecting her nor the customers waiting on their orders. Excellent Customer Service

I am both physically & mentally disabled. & over the weekend this location proved that they do not have the compassion or the patience to deal with the disabled. On Friday I was meet with anger & frustration as I tried to explain that once again the new barista has not only made my order wrong but did not give me the grande size I ordered. I was not only passed off to someone who not only showed me disrespect as I struggled to explain that I just wanted my drink remade. She was short with me & very disrespectful. After her dismissing me & my issue I decided to go to another Starbucks 10 more mins away. & like I said I’m disabled. So going to another one every morning now is harder for me physically and mentally. I had been coming to this one for over a week & had no issues. But once they hired new people. That’s when my order started to come out wrong. I spoke to the barista who had been messing up my order & she even admitted she was shorting me on the amount because she was “looking out for me”… I just moved to the area. & if you are disabled I do not recommend you going to this location.

The quality out of this location is inconsistent. I order a latte and a cappuccino every day. Some days, I get perfect drinks (not sure who makes them) but the other 40% of the times, the drinks are missing the requested ingredients and taste “watered down”. Not sure why this is not being addressed. Clearly, there is an employee there who needs additional training.

This morning's experience was absolutely unacceptable. The Caucasian girl at the drive-thru with blue-purple hair and tattoos/piercings was incredibly passive-aggressive and rude. When I say triple shot of espresso, I mean exactly that—triple shot. I’m well aware that a café mocha already comes with two shots, as I order it every single morning. That’s why I specifically said TRIPLE. There’s no need for the attitude when I know my order better than anyone. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional behavior!

I recently worked from Starbucks and had a great experience. The atmosphere was quiet and conducive to focusing, with a clean restroom and plenty of charging points. I enjoyed the Mocha Cookie Crumble frappuccino and Pineapple Cloud Cake—both were delicious. The environment was work-friendly and comfortable, making it a great spot for getting things done.

I frequently accost Starbucks. I order the same thing every day. So my total is consistently $7.17. I just recently started back ordering from Windward. Tristian gives me a small hot coffee. I advise him that it was not what I ordered. He tells me that it was. He takes the coffee back and refunds me to do an entire new transaction. I’m slightly annoyed but it wasn’t a big deal. He brings another drink that was still incorrect. He then comes to the window asking me to get out of the drive thru and go to the end of the line until my drink was ready because he had customers waiting. I had to remind him that I was a paying customer as well and I was here first. If he had spent less time trying to teach me a lesson and more on fixing my drink we wouldn’t be here. It was literally ten cars behind me and I was not doing that. . I advised Tristian of two options a refund or new coffee. He gives me a drink and it was horrible and still not what I ordered. I assume he did that on purpose. I won’t be back at this location. I will continue to accost old Milton. They are so busy they constantly make mistakes.

When you pay $13 for a latte and a breakfast sandwich you expect quality food. Unfortunately, the frozen breakfast sandwiches while tasty, are either undercooked or burned. I asked for the sandwich to be well done and they gave me a black smoking sandwich that instantly filled my car with a terrible odor. ?
