I really want to like this Starbucks because it’s the closest coffee shop to my workplace, but it has been difficult to rely on. This location is frequently closed due to employee protests, and it’s hard to know whether it will actually be open when I stop by. I understand employees advocating for better conditions, but the inconsistency makes it inconvenient for customers who just need a quick drink on their way to work. Reliable hours would make a huge difference.
When it IS opened, the staff are lovely and I usually like the drinks I ordered. However, the inconsistency has been my biggest disappointment. On my birthday, after my night shift, I went to this Starbucks for my free coffee. I was met with the baristas outside the store with posters and when I got closer, one handed me a flier and asked me to go to another coffee shop that isn’t Starbucks. I am not sure how I feel about this location.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The drinks here taste way better than the ones at the Haynes Bridge Rd location. The staff is super friendly, and they always get my order just right. This is definitely my new favorite Starbucks spot!

I ordered the new pecan latte i asked for an extra shot of espresso and what I got tastes like.Oat milk and pecan syrup no coffee! I couldn't take it back because i had to go to work this is not the first time this has happened i should have just made coffee at the house
Coffee was good, service was good and friendly. The sandwich I got was made of cardboard at best, smelled good and looked good to trick me into eating it.

Management was audibly getting upset over what could only be assumed as a new employee doing online training in the seating area. I was dining in and he constantly was harassing her about how he did it in 5 minutes whereas she was actually taking it seriously. This created a uncomfortable rift in the restaraunt as i was walking out. There is a hurricane over top of Georgia and she still came in, be grateful. The service otherwise was stellar had a sweet young lady with colored hair take care of my order and she went above and beyond engaging in brief conversation. She was definitely the highlight of the experience, unfortunately the older gentleman was not.

Rough to order, had to repeatedly tell them what I wanted, large coffee frap with vanilla and mocha in the cup. After that mental gymnastics, pulled up and hey no mocha in the cup. Charged for it and it was on the receipt. Just avoid this one.

Loved coming here almost every day (even though I pass 4 starbucks to get here). I became friends with most of the ladies.. until one of them (glasses and the PURPLE hair) ruined my experience. Gave her MULTIPLE chances to fix her behavior but simply can't anymore. I come to enjoy my visit and relax after long day at work not to deal with her attitude and depressing self. Will never come back to this location.
