Out of all the Starbucks I have been to, this one is by far the BEST one!! I love stopping here every morning before work. There should be more employees like the ones here. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! It makes you want to come back over and over again. Thanks to the manager who has a well trained crew over here..KUDOS TO YOU GUYS, and thanks for being here for us every day!!

The reasoning for a lower rating is that the hours of service on Google say that they are open until 9 pm and their signs say 9p yet you show up at 730pm and guess what they are

They were serving all the people in line before they were getting to the mobile orders. It’s like the had a separate queue. Do not recommend you mobile order from this Starbucks, I don’t think they are following procedures. Took me 30 min while customers that came in after me kept getting their drinks and leaving. I was waiting with about 7 other customers that were experiencing the same issue.

Outstanding service from everyone on shift! Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through and ordered 7 different drinks for our coworkers just before they closed. Typically people in the food service industry are very apprehensive about serving customers just before being able to leave but the three workers Milo, Julia, and Eric were outstanding and worked hard despite the annoyance of our order and what time it was. They were the kindest and most efficient staff I've had at a Starbucks which speaks loud because I didn't even have to go inside to get this quality of service. People like those 3 really reassure customers all over with their patronage anywhere, especially at a place with lots of repeat customers like Starbucks. I hope one of their "higher-ups" reads this and something good comes their way because they made our night. 11/10 make sure to look out for any of these 3!

Ever since COVID, Starbucks locations have all been closing so super early and it's a bummer -- I miss the days when Starbucks closed at 10 or 11. Now -- most close before sunset. Fortunately, I was able to find this location that closed at 9 and it was literally the only location in the area that opened late.I wanted to get some studying done so I got here and as always on evening time, the cafe was pretty empty. I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso and was able to crank out a lot of work. The baristas were really nice despite they were closing down and I was able to stay until 5 minutes before closing.Also -- this Starbucks didn't crank up the AC like many other locations. Thank you Haynes Bridgr Starbucks for staying open so late!
