Rudest “manager” I’ve ever encountered (Griffin).Hostile, unprofessional, and unfriendly staff. Several people in the mall told me they won’t go to this location, due to the rudeness of the staff. Will never go back.

This is the worst Starbucks!!! They make horrible drinks and get upset if you ask to remake them. I asked for a refund and left, don’t ever go to this one inside the store find one outside of the mall.

It was the worst Starbucks I'm been too. I waited for 30min for a mocha frappuccino and they were helping customers that got there after me, it was a really bad experience and they have to bring a better customer service

I ordered pike roast coffee and when I asked for a refill, they said they can’t do it because I had to be sitting in the starbucks area. First of all, there is not much seating area there, and it’s usually busy. Secondly, I was still inside the mall, so I don’t understand the problem. I’ve never heard such a thing.

Wow super disappointed they wouldn't do the refill for a mall employee like every other Starbucks I've ever been to. Charged me for a whole new drink but I never left the mall. The refill policy was one of my favorite things about Starbucks and the only thing that made it justifiable to pay that much for coffee. Kinda don't want to come here now.

I would never waste my money on overpriced, overbrewed coffee, go to dunkin donuts you'll be much happier and get change back, no batista to tip
