I love the crew at this location- but they’re always overworked. Today there was a line of 5 people consistently with at least 30 mobile orders printed and just one barista. Please give them help!

Went in today to look for the HK cups, there was ONLY 1 barista working. He was very overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated because he had about 4-5 people waiting. He was super kind to EVERYONE who he took orders from, he was very apologetic and very polite. Even though he was feeling all type of emotions he remained calm & professional. He deserves a raise!!!!! I didn’t get his name but I went in around 12pm he was working by himself, 100000/10 customer service!!! Please be patient with baristas they also deserve kindness and respect!!!!!

First off, this is not a full Starbucks. It is one of those Cafés inside a Target. We were the only customers... I don't know if that's good or bad. All that said, service was great & super fast! Drink quality was neither good nor bad.

My matcha was delicious. The service however was horrible. Are teens/young adults not taught customer service these days? I don't expect good customer service, you can't even get decent customer service. No greeting or acknowledgment when you step up to the counter to order. Don't be mad when a machine takes your barista job.

You may want to tell your cashier not joke about expirations dates on food products when training. I also noticed they told the new hire to try to have lines and was a bit impatient with them ,but when I was in line the same cashier training took several minutes to greet me and other customers waiting.

I stop at this Starbucks 2-3 times a week but the last two times I have been disappointed in the items I purchased. The berry yogurt I got on Monday seemed as if it had been not refrigerated and then put back in the frig because the granola on the top was not crunchy and the Chi Latte today taste like warm water with a little flavor. I love the convince of this Starbucks and the staff is always super sweet, but I just hope the quality of the products is not going downward 🙁😓

Worst experience staff is rude. They were out of many ingredients so there were limits on any drink you wanted to order. Staff was barking at customers who were waiting for drinks in a manner that was rude. When I got my drink the order was wrong, given a grande when ordered a venti. Instead of correcting it the staff told me to get back in line and pay for the difference. On top of that the drink was not a good one. What the heck?

This got to be the worst Starbucks ever. Made my drink wrong and when I told them to just add another shot because I taste no coffee at all. They don't have the chocolate Cresent at all. And if the girls works there had an attitude when I said my drink was too milky. Like if working at Starbucks is too early for you maybe you need to find a night job. The only reason I came here because across the street the Starbucks is closed for maintenance. Never ever go to a Starbucks in Target. Seem too be inexperienced making drinks. My drink should of been for free instead.

We did mobile order because that's what I usually do and I like that it gives me the ability to specify exactly what I want without risk of miscommunication. We ended up getting our drink quicker than the people in line. They were friendly and accommodating. It upsets me that there's no option to tip here when every other Starbucks gives you an option to tip because these people are working really hard.
