Pretty quick and friendly service during the weekday mornings, but they really seem to struggle on Sunday mornings. Over 10 mins in the drive thru just to order, then the wait to pull up, pay and get the order is at least another 10 mins.

They had been busy and the seating area needed to be cleaned

I stopped to order at the drive thru this morning. After waiting a minute or so without anyone taking my order, I drove around to the window to see if anyone was inside. Tried to get a barista's attention, but she didn't see me. Drove back around to the drive thru, and again, after a minute or so, no one asked for my order. Drove back around to the window, but again, no one saw me. Frustrating way to start the day.

I ordered a Vente Matcha latte with brown sugar and Cold foam they gave me half of my latte in this Vente cup. I mainly got a bunch of foam on this top. I am not happy about this and I stopped there every other morning.

I order a caramel Frappuccino from here almost every day. Today, the one they handed me was very off in color but I went ahead any way but when I tasted it, it was awful and not a Carmel frapp, it tastes like nothing. so I circled back around to get what I ordered and they gave me the same thing back , they just threw caramel on top which is another thing they forgot in the drink. It was only because I had pajamas on and my baby in the car that I didn’t go inside and go off on them and get my money back. I’m not giving this place my business again for the poor unapologetic service. I circled back around and talk gave me the same thing. It tasted like the machine or whatever they use is running out of something. Instead of looking into that and giving customers what they pay for, they played in my face and took my money.

Needs outside landscaping and cleaning of debris. The design of the location is not suited for heavy traffic. Stellar staff. Needs outdoor attention

The person working the drive thru at my recent visit to this branch was nothing but kind and patient. I was visiting via tourism at the time and never visited a Starbucks until quite recently. I am happy with the service they provided. I just wished I tipped!
