They suck, I paid 30 dollars just fir my food to be messed up like it's not that hard to make a burger right, you can't even fill your drinks up without scanning your receipt and it doesn't last long so I couldn't even fill my drink up all the way, they were so rude all because I wanted my food made the right way, wow making u do your job u get paid for

I have not been to a steak and shake in years and while plenty has changed, a lot hasn’t. I’m not typically a fan of kiosk ordering, and prefer the human interaction but James made our experience feel like the classic steak and shake when there was table service. James was honestly the highlight of our meal. He was welcoming every guest as they walked through the door, helping with ordering and even offered to grab refills for any of the guests.
Burger and fries was a 10/10 as always.

Diego, Nick and Anya 2/5/26 around 10:30pm ...y'all! thank you so much for the delicious meals y'all provided...it was actually mine and my husbands first time trying steak N shake! Very well prepared and freshly made meals. The burgers were burger-ing! Lol we'll be back.

Paid $13 for a chicken tender meal w a shake. Got the TINIEST tenders I have ever seen. Feel scammed.

The service is horrible they supposed to close at midnight but really they close at 11:50 on me and they told me they was closed but really does Steak and Shake honor their hours of operation. I complained to the guy at the Drive Thru that it was 11:50 and they still said closed .Then I drove off and went to another restaurant and the shift manager I think ,came out started cussing me out across the parking lot.Is that how you treat your customers and lose money for people like him, he has angry issues .I think I have a point if it says midnight you should honor your hours!!! I will be calling Corporate!!
I have never had an issue with the food but the employees there are not friendly or inviting at all they don’t greet you with a hello, they never say thank you or have a good day it’s like they hate their job. A simple smile, hello, thank you have a good day is all part of the job. I have to blame management

I've been coming to this location for a long time since the early 2000's. Steak and Shake hasn't always been the best restaurant historically, but as a whole brand they've really turned it around especially at this location. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. The service was even better. I order food for business meetings consistently and this is the best customers service I've gotten at any restaurant I've ordered from in the past 6 years. Would highly recommend steak n shake and especially at this location. I will be ordering large order from here again and will be taking my family also

Food was mediocre. Disappointed this Steak and shake did not honor the kids eat free with purchase of adult entree. Also, when I walked to the bathroom it was very slippery right outside the entrance of bathrooms, to where I almost fell.

I have been to a LOT of Steak n' Shakes. This one is awesome! Very convenient and efficient! They take care to read the special requests (like no whipped cream) due to allergies. Great spot!
