The service was quick but oh man that burger. For starters there was a hair in it and i’m pretty sure it was under cooked. Thank God I didn’t chow down on it. The fry’s were good and the onion rings were okay. Had it not been for the burger they would’ve gotten five stars.

Haven't been here in a while. Was disappointed. Food was ok. Everything is automated to some extent. I've never had to scan a barcode to make the soda fountain work. Had to ask for iced tea, wasn't on the counter. I had the sense of "we don't trust you"

No table service anymore, the crew was listening to music on their phones. It made it rather cacophonous alongside the Christmas music. Asked for fries seasoning, got a pinch in a single use plastic. Had to ask for the sweet tea, took 10 minutes for an employee to retrieve it bc it's not available at the fountain. Food delivered cold, toppings a bit incorrect.
SnS sucks now.

Sunday 1/26/2025 at 6:45pm. The milk shakes that we ordered all had an off taste like strawberry. Me and my sons had chocolate and my daughter had Nutella. We all noticed the same off taste, including another customer who over heard our conversation with the person at the counter. The guy at the counter was very rude and did not seem to care, he spoke loudly and rudely. He offered to change one of our milkshakes but not my sons because he felt my son already drink half of it. I explained to him that at first I wasn't gonna bother complaining about it but my wife urge it on son I did. The milkshakes weren't really that much of a problem, I just wanted to inform them that something was wrong with the taste, but his attitude was a real problem, very unprofessional with little care of his customers satisfaction. He even laughed about it with his co-workers in that back and when we returned to our table he spoke with another co-worker while looking in our direction. It was very unprofessional. In the end I just ask for a refund for 2 of the 4 shakes I bought and even then he was unprofessional, not bothering to say thank or even offer an apology for our experience.

Very bad experience. I placed an order through the drive thru. And I was served by a girl named Daniela. With a very bad attitude. She didn't greet me. I ordered 5 milkshakes and two hamburgers and some tenders with fries. She only gave me 4 milkshakes and told me to move my car to the front door that she would bring me the rest of my order there. It took them about 10 minutes to bring me the rest of the order. And they still gave me an incomplete order. I told this girl named Daniela that I was missing some things and I showed her the receipt, without saying anything she snatched the receipt from me and left. It took another 5 minutes to bring the rest. Very bad attitude on her part. That place used to be very busy years ago. And this time I went there weren't many people and they still took a long time. Because of the service they don't have much business. I worked there 20 years ago and it was very different. I hope it can improve.
