We arrived 30 min before closing and the dining room was closed, so we go through the drive through to order. The lady at the drive through line proceeded to say they were not taking orders except delivery. I asked what’s the difference if food is still being made? A rude man came across the microphone and said MAAM WE ARE CLOSED I AM THE “Manager”! I said but what’s the difference and they stayed silent!Wow what great customer service, pshh!

I come to the steak ‘n Shake pretty often when I get off work, and the service is always so phenomenal quick and delicious food. My car died in the drive-through and I really can’t remember the girls name but she was so nice to me to jump my car. She took my order and I had to jump my car and I just want to give her a shout out to her and her phenomenal service she deserves a raise.

The staff stopped taking orders more than 30 minutes before they were supposed to close! There was a man named “Marcus Jones” who claimed to be the manager. He most likely made up that name and made up that he was even the manager. So sad. Like why work a job that stays open until midnight if you don’t want to work at that time? The whole staff should just quit or be FIRED.

Love the food, on shift manager as rude as they come. Although it’s advertised that the restaurant closes at midnight. He went on the PA at 10:30pm and said, you got 30 minutes to leave, if you just ordered your food will come out in a bag.

They actually give a decent portion of onion rings. Patty melt and onion rings with a milk shake is very filling.
I stopped here after my annual Gyn exam for a chocolate shake. Who doesn’t need a good chocolate shake after that. Perfect like I ordered…no whip, no cherry.

Ironically haven't had a shake yet but I keep going back for their "combo deals" that get you a decent burger with fries for under $6.My go-to spot if I'm craving a burger and don't want to spend too muchNot the fanciest spot in the world but for what their market/value proposition is, it's a good spot.
