This place used to be good when it was on holcomb bridge, but the staff and management changed when it moved to Northpoint. Its now some of the worst customer service. I have gone back multiple times trying to give them 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th chances hoping, because I used to love this place so much. But the staff just don't care, and they are more concerned with makeing sure they get paid before the movie ends then actually letting you watch and enjoy the movie.

Movie experience great in the comfy reclining chairs, but food and drinks were super low quality.

Had the button pressed for about 10 minutes and was walking down to place my order on my own when the server was finally walking in. Got my food before drinks and had to press the button again and ask to get the drinks. We were the only people in the whole theater so I didn’t have much grace to give. Don’t understand how hard it can be and I know how hard it is to work in the service industry after having 3+ jobs in restaurants and fast food.

Make sure they close your card out properly. I went to the movies on 12/20 and was charged for food and drinks and was told my account was closed and was provided with a receipt at the end of the movie which was $58. The next day on 12/21 I saw another charge on my credit card for $113. My card was not closed properly and thankfully I caught it and locked my card. I spoke to the manager on 12/21 to report the issue and voice my concern but they didn’t provide me with an answer on why my card was charged again for $113. So ladies & gentlemen WARNING please make sure they close your account properly and check your bank statements.

I wasn't prepared for the experience as I did not do my full research. It was very nice. It was an intimate venue. A good date night spot. I enjoyed the coziness and the staff was great.

cheap tickets, nice staff. food is a little overpriced but it is a movie theater. they add their own gratuity on the check at the end which i didnt appreciate.

My first visit. Theater is very well maintained. Not much crowded. Seats are awesome, kids too liked it. From your seat itself you can order the food and make the payment.

First and last visit. We were charged for another families meal and no help getting it reversed. Bathrooms were disgusting. Come on get it together!

My family & I have visited this theatre for YEARS & every time we roll the dice on our dining experience.

Food comes out late, too soon & wrong, or not at all.

Check your bill thoroughly because the servers tend to “forget” to remove items & “accidentally” add other things. Cocktails are very hit or miss as well & don’t get me started on the automatic 18% gratuity. Customers shouldn’t be forced to pay for subpar service!!!

My best advice: *Bring your own snacks OR eat before/after the movie somewhere else.*

Horrible service. Didn’t get food until middle of movie. Finished food before drinks even arrived. Husband’s order was incorrect but it took so long to get, he just went ahead and kept it.

I went on a monday night to see Wicked. Horrible experience. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the movie and did not get our food for over an hour and my margarita took almost an hour and a half. Food was mediocre. Popcorn was cold and had no flavor. I do plan to call the manager, he owes me some free tickets. The servers kept saying the kitchen and bar was backed up. So Staff more people during a new movie opening!

So me and my two kids, my boyfriend and my dad all came here Wednesday night to see Moana 2. The seats were comfy and I was content with my first 30 minutes in the theater. My dad was sitting behind us and ordered 2 bags of pop corn, 2 things of candy, and 2 drinks for us. Than I had my own separate order. The 2 popcorn that my dad ordered we did not get until 30 minutes before the movie ended. And they still made him pay for it. My daughter did not get her m&ms until about 45 minutes till the movie ended. And they put it on my tab instead of his. We went over the order with server 3 times so there shouldn’t have been any confusion or a wait that long. I ordered the Buffalo chips along with a 2 for 30. And I only got my 2 for 30. And than my dad ate his whole bag of popcorn and when he got to the bottom it was a whole bottom filled with kernels. I don’t appreciate the half ass service when I spent so much money to take my family to this theater. And we drove from Tucker to come here I was very upset with the whole experience especially because I am a bartender/server myself. There was no 2 minute check to see if we got all our stuff or to see if we even liked it. When you are providing restaurant experiences I expect to be satisfied with my meal and experience and I definitely was not. I am not coming back here.
