Chesse pizza 5.99 veggies are supposed to be free, no additional charge is not true, then they charged 50 cent for cucumbers saying it's not a vegetable, not a welcoming environment at all. I asked if the restroom was open, and she hadn't said anything. I asked again, and I finally got the key. We need to seriously work on customer service at this place asap!

Manu was exceptionally well in taking the order and she made sure everything from ingredients to sandwitch making meets customer satisfaction. This is my second time to this location and both time I felt welcomed and got the best experience compared to other subways I usually go. Highly recommended Subway location!

This subway just can’t seem to get it right. They do not follow the directions you place in app. You literally have to go in store to place your order to have your sandwich made to your liking. I hate getting back to my office to find my sandwich stale and dry. Also, I specifically ask for them to cut my sandwich in four as I eat small portions. The last 2 times for sure they have not done so. To top it all off , they do not answer the phone at the number listed - and it’s saying it’s no longer in service. I’m going to give them a break for a while hoping they get it together in the near future.

This Subway store is wonderful. I am going this store since last many years. This is really great location in Alpharetta downtown. I always found this store very clean and nice since new owner took it over this store. I really enjoyed the variety of Subway sandwich, cookies and drinks available at this store. Store staff is nice, caring, helpful and ready to help their customers. I also found recent health department rating 100A for this store which is really great. Since new owner take it over this store, they added 2 reserved parking for subway customers only that is really great for customers like me.
