I don't remember his name, but it was something like Ay-den. He was memorable from the moment you walked up to the counter. He welcomed you with an even-toned greeting to let you know he'd be attentive. He listened to your entire order without interrupting. He confirmed parts of it to get it right. He moved at an even-tempo pace without any redundant effort. His eyes never strayed from your sandwich until the very end.
He kept the line station tidy and took one ingredient at a time to process each stage as thoughtfully as possible. He felt the bread, put the requested toppings on, and made cuts with even portions. He had you confirm small nuances to ensure the completion was what you requested. He was fast without making it seem like he was in a hurry or careless. He was respectful with his tone and avoidant of losing the flow of the transaction.
He passed over the sandwich so it was fresh and assembled correctly. You left with a sense that he truly put in the effort. You got attention from him that most places fail to give. He made it a seamless experience that made the food come out as you'd envisioned.

They come straight off of holding phones, I asked the guy to wash his hands and he pumped the sanitizer.. phones are so gross they should not even be allowed around food. This is my second time walking out of this location

So we walk in and both employees are talking on their phones. Before making our sandwiches, instead of washing their hands, they put on plastic gloves, which they were holding in the same hand they were holding their phone in, so cross-contamination. How can this place pass health inspections?

Eh. I’m a patient person but was Completely ignored when I walked in. Stood there waiting to be talked to.
Kinda rude to me. I asked for extra onions and he seemed like he didn’t wanna do that while not giving me extra onions.
Also wanted it toasted and they wouldn’t do it. He would just say “yeah”.
The subways have gone down hill with the new owners I’ve encountered of franchises.

I go to this location all the time! The food is amazing, everything tastes fresh. The workers there are really nice and try to help me with whatever I need and answer all the questions i have about the menu. This is the best subway i've been to in a long time!
I've gotten several sandwiches and each time the food and service was terrific and the employees were extremely nice and friendly along with the management! This is the only subway that I dine in at, and continue to be impressed after each visit. I highly recommend!!!!
