Recently, I placed an order through the Subway app, meticulously specifying my preferences. However, upon returning home and inspecting my sandwich, it became evident that the staff had disregarded most of my requests. Even basic toppings like cheese and sauce were missing, despite being clearly outlined on the printed order. It's disheartening when attention to detail is lacking, leaving a sour taste in an otherwise promising meal. Subway needs to ensure better adherence to customer preferences to avoid such frustrating experiences in the future.

Lady wasn't very nice and said closed when I tried to get in at 7pm. On November 19th. It's not that it was closed. But don't be mean to customers. Management needs to step up on service.

I always order in the app and pickup. This place literally gave me 50% of the fillings. Not coming back here ever again.Update here. I spent $12 on my sandwich and had to go get a Publix sub next store to fill fill up. Now it’s a $20 fast food lunch. Thanks subway for making sure I never come back.

The lady working there at 4:02 pm on august 20 2023 gave us the worst service ever! Just on her phone. She didn’t wnat to attend us. We were the only people there and she was acting like she had a whole line. She was being disrespectful and rushing us just to get back on the phone.

Service is horrible, the middle eastern lady gets the scooping tool to put the meat on my sandwich and literally throws two thirds of it back in the container and hardly any meat goes in to my sandwich, same with the vegetables… then double checks and makes a face when I paid but didn’t leave no tip.the nerve!!!

I'm disappointed again by the Subway coupon experience. I followed the coupon instructions precisely but this restaurant didn't honor the coupon and made up some additional exceptions to the coupon at checkout so I feel cheated. If it explicitly states it's not valid for 'the Monster' or 'the Mexicali' isn't it reasonable to expect it be valid for 'the Outlaw' which wasn't explicitly excluded.

The woman who served me was sooo rude to me she yelled at me the whole time taking my order and gave me attitude, she threw my food together and put a couple tomatoes and a couple cucumbers. She also made my food really fast by slapping things together. I had not done anything to her to make her mad. And then she had the audacity to yell at me if I wanted to eat here or to go. I’m not coming here again. ☹️

Felt like I wash rushed the whole time despite being the only one in store.Woman working barely put any meat on my sub and I asked if she could put a lil more and she said it was extra.She was in such a hurry I had to keep reminding her about what I wanted despite having just told her.When paying to leave, I believe her whole family came in and some of the kids went to the back of the store to do what? Weird experience, don’t waste your money here!

The lady made me pay for my sandwiches before she made them. Does not accept coupons. Turns out she did not have the bread I wanted or the meat. She mixed my teriyaki chicken right there on the spot. Not the way to get business. Sandwich tasted horrible. Do not recommend and will not be back.
