I ordered two foot-long subs on the app with extra veggies. When I got home and opened the package there were barely any veggies and the meat was so thin we could barely see it. I should have taken it back. They are extremely cheap to build a sandwich in this manner. I will never go there again and suggest no one else goes there either
Very clean and has air conditioning! Definitely delicious and fresh! She’s doing wonderful running the store.
4/7/25 approximately 6:45 p.m., I went inside this Subway to order a 6 inch steak and cheese sandwich. All I wanted was Italian herbs bread. The sandwich maker / cashier has such a thick subcontinent Indian accent, I could not understand a word she said. She pulled out white bread and I kept requesting Italian bread. This went on and on and I finally gave up. I'm not going to 4934 atl hwy subway again! If you can't communicate with understandable English, I don't need to visit you. There are several other subways on the way home. Good luck
Some grumpy people working here with zero service. They don’t know how to make a sub! Will fill your sub with least quantity of veggies/toppings possible.

Ordered on-line for family. Driving 4 hrs back from Nashville. Gave 45 min lead time. Arrived to NO order. Showed on-line order. Also, showed PAID RECEIPT from AmEx card on-file. Worker (very nice) got Owner/Manager on phone who refused to honor order & paid receipt. Furthermore he demanded I pay AGAIN for same order. Explained how often I order from this store. Owner/Manager refuses to budge. Becomes rude over the phone.
I vow to NEVER give this store any business. I will spread the word, too!
I told him this was terrible customer service & that he's missing a big opportunity. Apparently he doesn't care.
Have already disputed charge with AmEx.

Awful customer service at this location. We had placed an order through our mobile app. Once getting to the store, the order was not ready and they didn't have the order in their computer. The lady had to call the manager who Refused to honor the receipt when we showed it to them. Very disappointing to have a neighborhood Subway treat their returning customers this way. Will not ever be returning to this location.

They did not honor their promotion so really bad business but even worse, the food was not edible. Totally disgusting. No wonder nobody goes to Subway anymore. GROSS GROSS

The service is bad and one of the worker has an attitude I was ordering a 6inch for me but he didn’t cut it into half and ik it doesn’t have to be perfect but the one he cut was more like 3inch 9inch and gave me the 3inch one and was using that one and when we said can we get another half loaf cause it’s small and was throwing the vegetables just because the order before was a long order and was showing attitude to us even tho we were nice in the middle he was asking can I really quick do the Uber order and we were like sure and nice but at the end he gave it in a small paper bag with 3 full sandwiches and it got ripped and gave another bag after asking. They always make the sandwich messy and not close it properly. I never right reviews but today something happened that I had too.
