We’re quite a frequent customer of SUBWAY, even in this location we’ve been for several times. There’s a lady, with loud voice, last time she gave us wrong sub. Today, we have ordered 2 footlongs. They don’t have any other bread except the regular wheat bread. That too was still fine, but, the stuffings…!!! Oh My GOD..! In general, the sub is quite thick, the stuffings come out, but this time they barely, I repeat barely, put the stuffings, even they put the stuffings back to their veggie bowl from the sub…!!! It’s so cheap..!! I mean.. really… this’s the way you’re running your business??!!! Holy crap..! 🙄

I came in around 3:15 to pick up an online order and I was treated horribly. The gentleman gave me the online order unsealed and the bag was wrinkled. I asked the gentleman for a new bag and a seal and he started yelling at me. I was so shocked, because every time I come in to pick up an online order, the ladies are so nice to me. I was so afraid of this gentleman, I had to step outside because he was screaming and yelling at me!! I hope he gets training on customer service.

The food was great and the staff were nice. The service was fast and no issues them taking coupon that I had.
There are other restaurants on the same plaza but there are enough parking.

Not a good experience. I have been going here for over two years. Recently some staff changes have been made and let me tell you. Horrible. No one seems to speak anymore due to the fact it seems some can barely speak English. Went there today to try them again because of convenience and well something. This time I was given my SUBWAY FOOD in a KROGER PLASTIC SHOPPING BAG, really. I Will not be going back

I’ve been going to this Subway for my lunch break every day, but after today, I won’t be back. There is a particular employee—a white male—who has shown consistent disrespect and even racist behavior. Today, he openly yelled in the store in front of other customers, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment. When I asked to speak with the manager, she stood nearby but couldn’t speak English, which made it difficult to address the issue. I also requested to speak with the owner, but he ran into the kitchen to avoid the situation. Judging from other reviews, it seems I’m not the first to experience this, especially with this specific employee. I’ll be taking my business to the other Subway just four minutes away, where I can expect better service. I also plan to advise my coworkers to do the same.
I’m literally waiting outside the restaurant calling corporate because of the service I just encountered. They allowed me to make a sandwich they admitted to no longer having on menu then I explained I had the amount I had and if I can’t afford it can I get something different. They said no service. I’m waiting outside because I’m debating if I should shot a smoke bomb through the restaurant
