I stopped by Subway today and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. They actually listened to how I wanted my sandwich made and didn’t rush me at all, even though they were a little busy.
Overall, just a really smooth and pleasant experience. Definitely made my day a little better.

Can't even get a simple order correct. Footlong tuna sub, chips and a chocolate chip cookie. Chips and cookie didn't come. Ridiculous. I'll be contacting corporate.

I had gave a poor rating to the Subway Sandwich Shop located at 131 South Main Street, Suite A, Alpharetta Georgia, but I received a message from the Franchise owner of a Subway Shop located elsewhere. Don't understand how that happened, but the ONLY Subway Shop I use is that one that is located at 131 S. Main Street. Not Morris Road, I don't even know where Morris Road is located. So to recap again, the Shop I DO NOT RECOMMEND IS 131 S. Main Street, Suite A, Alpharetta, Georgia. I read some other reports, and obviously I am not the only person that has been screwed over by that location.

I ordered 2 Footlongs and one did not have any Cheese on it.I just took a pic and called next day ,the owner told me he is going to check the video as if I am lying. This is the first time I heard that someone is going to check the video to verify. I just went in the evening and the people working just denied and told me to go out . I told them I don't want the subway any more but don't tell me I am lying. I have had never had this bad experience in any of the restaurants or Fast food , I am surprised and felt insulted and told them to call the cops and then their tone changed. I am never going to step in that Subway and would suggest the same to others also. Highly unprofessional owner and the people he hired to work for him.

We walked in and we were greeted by Patel immediately, the store was clean and even had hand sanitizer at the front of the line. Patel asked what we wanted, listened to each request, completed it quickly and caught light or heavy on ingredients. We checked out sat down & ate inside. Each person we watched come in was greeted with the same warm welcome by both Maria and Patel. This is the best subway experience I've had in quite awhile and will be back to see this dream team.
