I most likely won't be going back to this Subway location until they fix their oven. The bacon on my chicken bacon ranch was half way cooked from being under cheese being warmed up in a microwave. The sub ended up being soggy as a result of warm meat and cheese.

I have been eating at at this location for the past 4 years as it is right down the road from my office building. I would say I eat here at least 4 times a month, because the sandwiches are prepared very well. The employees that work here are always friendly, quick professional as well. Typically when I go in, I order the Spicy Italian sandwich with spinach, olives, cucumbers, pickles, banana peppers and their sweet onion sauce on their honey oat bread! I love the sweet but salty flavor that each item adds to the over all taste of the sandwich. If you live or work off exit 11, this is the subway you need to go to! Keep up the excellent work you guys!

Your standard Subway location, don't over think it. Good place for a quick sandwich to go. The staff are friendly and willing to make small talk during the slow hours. It's a small location with little seating. Try to avoid going here during the usual 12-130pm lunch rush when everybody goes out to eat in the area.

This place had lower ratings according to idt customers but the staff was nice and attentive, the place was clean and the sandwich was classic subway! I enjoyed my lunch!
There is something about the energy of this place - the food was ok but the employees are so dull and there's one lady there in the am with a nasty attitude. But overall this place is not busy during the weekend.

Every single time i come to this store, i have to remind them to change their dam gloves!!!!!! Change your gloves between sandwiches!!!!!! Especially 9f a person is ordering a Veggie sandwich!!

I went to the subway on Windward plaza on Sunday afternoon around 5:10-5:15pm to try out the casear wrap that Subway has advertised. Anyway I walk in and a black lady there tells me that the restaurant is closed. WHAT?! I told her that your sign says that you're open from 8:30am to 8pm. She say despite what the sign says, her boss told her to say that they are closing early. She is going by what her boss said. Really?! That's false advertisement. How was I supposed to know? If your sign says you're open till 8pm, you are open till 8pm. Subway needs to honor their hours of operations to better serve their customers. I left the subway on Windward plaza in total disgust?! I guess they didn't want my money or business anymore. I went to Jason's deli and got better service! Subway on windward...BOOOOO!

I live less than 1 mile from this place so instead of driving I decided to walk, which was a 25 min walk. I arrived there at 8:40pm today 6/18/2018. I walk in because the sign says they closed at 9:00pm. This little young guy turned off the open light sign, so I walks in he tell me they are cleaning and they are closed. I say but your sign says you're open until 9? He ignored me and walked in the back to continue what he was doing.. I will NEVER come here EVER again. Pissed to the MAX
