I loved it, first time customer,i ordered online, signed up for the rewards and picked up my order quickly. I ordered 2 mini loaded nachos with everything i like grilled, I could eat it without meat. That's what I'm trying next.

we love sharing a couple cups of queso with our toddlers & watching the cars drive by on their large patio space. the margs arent too bad either but the service is hit or miss here. sometimes its great, sometimes it feels like you’re bothering the workers by wanting to order something & other times they randomly limit the number of toppings that comes on your nachos.

Overall experience was okay, but there are definitely areas for improvements.
- Menu board could use a larger font for the text are easier to read in distance.
- Menu items and ordering process are very clear. Are there any pre-set menu item? Or do I still need to pick all the toppings I want? I thought I was ordering a pre-set menu item, but it seemed like I still need to pick things I want. This definitely make ordering process take longer.
- Employee wasn't very friendly or patient. Maybe also due to the unclear menu items so customers keep having a lot of questions.
- Could be more generous on the chips.
Dining area was clean. Food was tasty. But definitely have some rooms for improvements to earn the true 5* end-to-end experience.

Employees were super nice, the atmosphere was pretty cool, food was just not good. It's like an equally expensive but much worse chipotle. Wouldn't go back.

Horrible. Long wait times. They won’t work on take-out orders until there is no line in the store. So if you order during a lunch or dinner rush, be prepared to watch them work on anything but your order. Half of the staff was in the back cleaning and doing inventory and such. Anything but getting customers their orders. They kept lying to me saying my simple take-out order was being worked on, but I could see what they were actually working on. Eventually I just left and canceled the order. Super disappointed. Avoid this restaurant.

When they opened, everything was a 5, but my last three visits have not been good. They don’t have enough workers. While waiting to be served, the staff is busy preparing call-in orders while customers wait on a line that gets longer and longer. I should add that I really loved the chips in the past, but two days ago after biting into the first nacho, I had to gag because it was so salty. Why have they started to add salt? I’m not happy. This used to be one of my feel good, fast food restaurant.

I used to come here all the time and I always got a healthy portion and now recently they’ve made the portion smaller like they’re getting cheaper but their prices haven’t changed like what’s the point of even coming here now I might as well go to chipotle I get more for less and then this time specifically when I was here there was this dude named Mike he gave me the smallest portions ever like maybe 6 to 7 dollars worth of food and I paid $12. I get more at chipotle for $10. I used to always love coming here and then when I asked for a little bit more because it was such a small portion they said they’re gonna charge me extra

Terrible service. Had a drive thru order which was expected to take 10 min and ended up as a 1hr experience. End result was poor service and incorrect order when I eventually got home

I had a really good experience the first time I ever ate Surcheros, but every experience (5 in total) has been successively worse. I cannot recommend anyone eating here.
There are 3 main issues: stocking of ingredients, consistency, and food safety/hygiene.
Regarding ingredients, they are always out of items - meats, veggies, rice, tortillas, you name it. Don’t ever go for dinner especially after 7 PM. By 8 PM, they’re cleaning up and getting ready to shut the place down.
Which brings up consistency. The first time I went, the staff was friendly and helpful. Every time since then, they’ve been hit or miss. I found they often acted like you were inconveniencing them if you wanted to order food. For the record, I never came in within an hour of closing time and I never ordered anything complex. Sometimes, I received massive amounts of an ingredient - enough for 2 or 3 orders. Other times, they would scrape the dregs of a hotel pan for barely enough protein to call it a burrito.
The food handling standards are abysmal. There’s massive amounts of cross contamination. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. I always found stray ingredients which I didn’t order in my food. Additionally, the kitchen looks messy - particularly the food service stations.
Finally during my last visit, I nearly broke a tooth on an unidentified object in my nachos. It seemed to be a small piece of bone (about a centimeter in diameter) with a tiny bit of pink meat clinging to it. As if this wasn’t grotesque and dangerous enough, my meal was vegetarian.
So I won’t be going back.

Big yikes! The restaurant itself was very dirty. When we went to order they were out of so many ingredients (shredded cheese, carnitas, pinto beans, cilantro, etc.,) and no employee was addressing the lack of ingredients, just standing around. They were also out of straws and did not attempt to refill those either. Even if they were somehow truly out of those ingredients there is a Publix right across the street… Then after we made it through the line and were eating, with the two other customers behind us through as well, the employees were just standing around rather than working to address any of the issues. Also, the queso was super runny… which is inconsistent with queso generally served at any other Sucheros location (Macon, Savannah, Brunswick).

$12 for two tacos on Uber, over 45 total, received wet tacos with less than two ounces of beef. NEVER ORDERING OR PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Wife's chicken burrito was all Vegg hardly any chicken. Waste of money. Out of black beans, didn't care just wrote "out". Don't waste your hard earned time or money.
