This is by far the worst Taco Bell location ever. I understand that establishments have their off days, I have ordered from this location numerous times before submitting this review. There is a problem with the food every single time. Food is always messily put together and forget about modifying the order. The least you can do if you are going to charge extra for additional ingredients is actually add the additional ingredients. Food is always cold and hard, I ordered a quesadilla where the cheese wasn’t ever melted.. on a quesadilla. This place is run by teenagers, a grown up nowhere in sight. My husband and I have always frequented Taco Bell and we recently moved and this is the closest location to us. Sure has missing our old Taco Bell.

I stopped by 12:30-12:45 today, the drive thru is only one lane there’s no way to get out of there even if you have an emergency or whatever.It took me until 1pm to be behind the car paying and waiting for its order. At this point I had to pick up 2 kids from school and I got desperate to get out from there. I went to the window and I asked them NICELY if the first car could move so I can go pick up them from school. The lady inside was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t do anything and I had to wait.I asked the driver of the car if he could move because I had 2 kids to pick up from school and it was getting late.But he said he would not because they wouldn’t bring his food to the parking lot around the drive thru.People behind us started to record the situation, I asked for the manager and the manager is the same person that allegedly didn’t want to help me, also instructed the driver of the car not to move and not let me go. I asked for her name several times, she never responded.What if I had a medical emergency? This person is not qualified to be a manager, is not competent and also lacks of compassion and empathy.I’m sorry for asking to leave early the line after waiting 20 minutes for a taco.AVOID THIS LOCATION. I will contact the corporate.

I hate that I came here and paid $15 for 2 cold chalupas and a cold taco. It tasted like the food was sitting out all day. I came here about 2 months ago and received a burrito that had hard old rice in it. I wasn't even able to chew it. I never should have given this restaurant another chance after that. The quality of fast food just isn't what it used to be.

Ridiculous wait times! Both via drive thru and dine-in especially at nights. I have often waited 30-40+ minutes to get my single person order. I have experience this multiple times both via drive thru and dine-in. So this is not my comment just from one experience. I think they are getting a large amount of online (mobile, door dash and Uber eats) orders and that is mixing in with the walk ins and drive thru's and they really don't know how to manage it. The food is fine. It is Taco bell, so food wise you know what to expect, but wait times have gotten ridiculous are beyond even full service restaurants! I could literally have had a meal at the Olive garden and gotten my check before I got my last Taco bell order at this location! ? ...and now the Taco bell prices are also about the same as a sit down restaurant! (Compare it yourself!).

The drive thru service was excellent!!! they are great people ? ? & a good place to stop late night going home from a concert in Atlanta & the birthday cinnabons were a delicious treat ? a happy birthday indeed?

The quesadilla was not cooked properly and not cut. The lady who served me drink was rude and openly talking to another employee I didn’t know how to order drink. I asked for sierra instead of Pepsi and was rude.
