I wish I had gotten the young ladies name who was working the drive thru because even though my interaction was short she was so warm, inviting, and thoughtful. I was having a hard day and I needed that from her. As if that wasn’t enough the food was also great; well-wrapped and hot, and she made sure I had just the right about of sauces. I am very pleased with this location.

I visited on 11/5/2024 around 10 pm. Ms. Peggy was womaning the drive-thru and was one of the most pleasant employees I've ever dealt with at this location and I've been coming here for 4 years. The service was quick and efficient and the food was hot and fresh. I absolutely love the service I receive at this location. Even when they make mistakes they make it a point to make it right and go above and beyond.
Restaurant is closed for renovations. But still says it's open online.

They seemed to be making somewhat of an effort to improve customer service for a short while, but it's back to the standard of treating customers like absolutely garbage. In addition to not being acknowledged when ordering and paying, the cashier got mad at me for having the nerve to ask for my item, that I paid for and didn't receive, before pulling away. Terrible franchise unfortunately and this location deserves to go out of business. Whoever owns and manages this location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I know I would be if this was my business.

Very bad customer service and experience with my food order at this location. They skipped item from my order and I asked for refund, they simply hang up. I am cheated. I don’t recommend this place, zero trust.
Prices went up. Portion sizes went down. They never give a full container of cheese sauce here. Everytime I order from here I get less chicken.
