I wish I had gotten the young ladies name who was working the drive thru because even though my interaction was short she was so warm, inviting, and thoughtful. I was having a hard day and I needed that from her. As if that wasn’t enough the food was also great; well-wrapped and hot, and she made sure I had just the right about of sauces. I am very pleased with this location.
I visited on 11/5/2024 around 10 pm. Ms. Peggy was womaning the drive-thru and was one of the most pleasant employees I've ever dealt with at this location and I've been coming here for 4 years. The service was quick and efficient and the food was hot and fresh. I absolutely love the service I receive at this location. Even when they make mistakes they make it a point to make it right and go above and beyond.
GREAT experience at the Alpharetta Taco Bell today (Saturday afternoon 8/10), which is always the case for us at this location. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious. The woman working the drive through was fantastic (and her nails were gorgeous!). The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you so much for always delivering a great experience!
