The service has gotten much better over the past few months. Our server, Paige, was great! Attentive and fun. Laughed at our silly jokes, lol. And the WINGS! Omg, so good! I don't know who tonight's chef was, but I need to know when he/she is in the kitchen. My original baked honey chipotle wings were amazing, better than ever. Juicy, fire roasted, carmelized sauce, and super flavorful. Just OMG 😲 😍

When this restaurant open many years ago was really a nice place to eat. This restaurant old, dirty and smells. It needs to be closed down and remodeled and cleaned up. You can look at the ceil you will see how nasty the condition this place is. This will be my last visit here I don't feel comfortable eating here Safety reasons.

Great wings! In the past, the service was not consistent, but the last several times we went there, it was great. The wings we just had were juicy and delicious. My fave is baked Honey Chipotle and my husband loves the wet Lemon Pepper. They also have lots a beer choices and a chocolate cake to die for (who'd a thought?)
I had to ask my server for a water I ordered 3 times and in total waited 30 minutes for my glass of water, also asked twice for a Togo box that I never got

The wings were great. The Buffalo egg rolls smaller in comparison to the taco mac in woodstock ga I wish they had more happy hour choices on their menu

I have been to this location 3 different times and left because there was no service. This was in the middle of the lunch time period. By no service, I mean myself and multiple other people standing at the door waiting to even SEE an employee much less get sat at a table.
It says something about TacoMac's reputation that I even tried 3x , their tacos are really amazing in my opinion. This location is basically a feeder location for the Jimmy Johns next door as I have on 2 occasions seen both myself and a few others go from one restaurant to the other because they couldn't wait any longer to get seated.
I give TacoMac as a franchise a 5 stars generally, I love the food and beer selection. Sadly I can't even rate this location as I've never been served.

Atmosphere was awesome for the Dawgs football game! My server, Chance, made our experience so fun! He was happy, on top of all our needs & was super friendly! Put that guy on the bar, he’d be an awesome bartender! Top notch service but his attitude is what made it 5 star!!
We have come here way too many times and have had to leave too many times because no one shows up to our table. Came in on 10/25/2024 around 6 30pm. Several waiters passed our table but no one stopped. We finally decided to leave and there are a group of at least 4 to 5 waitresses chatting it up with the host. This location is the worst. Not to mention it's my son's 9th birthday today and he couldn't enjoy it where he chose to go eat.
The Service was great. Me and my nephew had a great time.

I've been to a few different Taco Mac restaurants, absolutely love them all. The food is good, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is generally quite good. Not so at the Windward location.
While the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional enough, they seemed woefully understaffed. It took away too long to get drinks (iced tea), even longer to get our orders taken and served. The food was excellent as always, but the service was extraordinarily slow.
A brief stop for lunch in a restaurant that was maybe 1/3 full took near two hours. No appetizers, just iced tea and wings. Several employees repeatedly walked past us without asking how our lunch was, or if we were ready for our check. Upside I had some great conversation with my coworker while waiting.
They can definitely do better here.
