Food was really good (got boneless and oven roasted lemon pepper ) miscommunication between me and server for the wrong set of wings instead of wasting/ throwing away was on the house and got the correct set later on from the manager - great customer service (very friendly ) as all should be and helping crew with tasks

Can't go wrong with Taco Mac on a 🏈 Sunday. Plenty of different games to watch and the cheesesteak tasted like I was back home. Ask for Vita, she's a sweetheart of a server. Will definitely be back.

Taco Mac = pure happiness on a plate! The service is so good it’s like they read my mind—my drink was refilled before I even realized it was empty. The food? Absolutely awesome. My personal obsession is the grilled chicken sandwich—it’s so good it deserves its own fan club. The TVs are everywhere, so no matter where you sit, you’ve got front-row seats to the game (or, you know, all of them at once). Great vibes, great eats, and enough screens to make you feel like you’re in a sports command center. 🌮🍔🍻📺

Waitress was fantastic. Perfect amount of customer service and didn’t interrupt too often. Food was perfect. Got 76 burger and fried pickles. We come here often and have always had great service and food.
I’ve been coming to Taco Mac regularly with my husband and family we easily spend over $100 here every week. But after our last visit, I can honestly say I no longer feel safe using my card at this location.
Right after we left the restaurant, we stopped to buy milk for our baby and were shocked to find our card had been declined. When we logged into our bank, we saw a charge for $86 from Instacart made just five minutes after we left Taco Mac. We immediately contacted our bank and then called the restaurant, hoping to alert the manager, check security cameras, and make sure employees were aware.
What we got in return was absolutely disappointing the manager showed no concern, offered no solution, and didn’t even pretend to care. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. For a place we’ve supported loyally, we expected at the very least to be heard and taken seriously. Instead, we left feeling like we didn’t matter at all.
This experience was not only disgusting it was a violation of trust. I cannot and will not use my card at this establishment again until there is proper accountability and leadership in place. Taco Mac needs a manager who actually cares about their customers’ safety and loyalty.

Wow, this place has really gone downhill in terms of the food. We used to dine at Taco Mac almost weekly when we lived in town. Back for a visit and experienced overcooked chicken (so tough that it was inedible around the edges), tasteless salad dressing, and mediocre burgers (the cheese wasn’t even melted). At least they got the tots right? Service was fine and the restaurant was dead at 6:30 pm (I guess that should have been a clue).
