Went to Taco Mac with my mom for their half-off wings deal. Our wings were both tasty and cooked well. The service was a little sluggish, and the waitress didn't know there was a deal.

Very impressed with staff. Bar tender Roger was personable, professional, and was attentive to not only myself but all sitting at the bar. A definite asset to the organization. Very pleasant experience and will definitely be back.

This store needs to CLOSE. Stinks at the bar. Bar fly issue. Service is mediocre at best. They have managed this one into the ground. Cut beer selection in half while other tap rooms open around it. Staff and servers do not represent the Alphareta area and have a poor serving attitude. Food is inconsistent at best.
I have not been to taco Mac in years. It was always a good tried and true spot for us when our kids are growing up. I ordered online for delivery. Just wanted some good chicken wings. I was actually pretty shocked at the price of the wings six wings for $15 but I thought well it's the going rate. I ended up adding the mac & cheese because I felt like for the fee for delivery. I should at least have more than just six chicken wings. $25 later I received my order while the wings were good, they were so tiny and the celery, I never knew you could actually get five pieces of celery out of one stalk. I opted out of the carrots. Maybe I should've gotten them. Again overall the flavor was good but the wings were so tiny the portion of mac & cheese for $4.79 was not a value and the celery...

I don’t mind getting a 40 minute wait time but I expect not to wait another 30 minutes once I get to the restaurant. Just tell me is going to be 70 minute wait and I can decide what to do. OIC below is of their pick up area. Not the best.
Their mango dry rub keep me visiting every time I'm in alpharetta. Huge beer selection! Great service. If you are in for a fast in and our, this isn't your place. It's a great laid back atmosphere.

Website for pick up does not provide an accurate time to pick up at all. They just provide an arbitrary time that has nothing to do with reality. I don't mind getting a 40 minute pick up time. -But when they tell me is 20 minutes and I have at wait at the restaurant another 30 minutes that makes me want to take my business somewhere else. Too bad since I like their wings. I just can't rely on them.

Yesterday, Sunday, around 4:30 pm, I visited Taco Mac in Alpharetta on Windward Pkwy with the intention of enjoying a meal while watching the Dallas vs. Green Bay game. Upon entering, I noticed that the entire main seating area had open tables available. Despite this, I was initially seated in a less desirable location in the middle, with high pedestrian traffic.Since I was dining alone, I sought a seat on the side of the seating area, away from the constant movement. I politely asked the waiter if I could move to a different seat closer to the main TV and away from the traffic, and he agreed, allowing me to choose my preferred spot. Unfortunately, my positive experience was short-lived.Less than a minute later, another employee approached me and requested that I move back to my original seat, treating my request as though it was inappropriate. Although I agreed to move, I felt mistreated and undervalued as a customer. Consequently, I made the decision to leave the restaurant.This encounter left me with a sense of being unwelcome and ostracized. I can genuinely say that I have never experienced such poor treatment at a restaurant before, and as a result, I have decided not to patronize any Taco Mac restaurant in the future. The way I was treated made me feel like a less-than-valued customer, and I will not be returning to Taco Mac.

Since I was dining alone, I sought a seat on the side of the seating area, away from the constant movement. I politely asked the waiter if I could move to a different seat closer to the main TV and away from the traffic, and he agreed, allowing me to choose my preferred spot. Less than a minute later, another employee approached me and requested that I move back to my original seat, treating my request as though it was inappropriate.
