Went in to pickup a to-go order tonight. Said it would be ready at 7 pm, literally waited a full hour to finally get it. Then I go home and (surprise surprise) eat cold, soggy food. Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently there was some fight in the kitchen? Not sure how that's my problem. I definitely will not be back here.

I went with the family to watch the UM game. The party included the grandparents, the spouse, and the kids. This place was great! The game was on the big TV with the sound. The manager came over and we exchanged some CFB banter (Francis is unfortunately an Ohio State fan). The server, Erica (unsure of spelling) was super patient with with my indecisive parents. The orders were correct with the proper flavors and heat on the wings! We weren't "rushed out" for "table turnover" like so many sports restaurants these days.
If you want to sit and watch a game, there is no place better in Alpharetta!

The service and food was awesome! Our server, Beth, gave us great service! Haven't visited this TacoMac in a while, but we definitely will be back after our experience today! The manager, Andrew, was very friendly and made sure we had a great time. This staff really cares about their customers and it's good to see it back on track again. If you want great service, ask for Beth!

Came in last night for only a couple drinks, the black bartender was beyond unwelcoming and rude with a whole attitude just because she was wanted to leave and go home. Mind you I came in an hour before close with barely anyone at the bar. Then proceeded to rush us in finishing our drinks when she had to be there anyway!! Lol these are the people u hire?? I’ve happily taken my business elsewhere so thank you very much!!🙏🏼

Our waitress was really slow and inattentive. The table next to us came in well after we were seated and had their drinks and food delivered before our waitress delivered our drinks. She did not deliver our food as ordered. The times I had to track her down to order additional items. The quality and portion size of the food is less than my last visit. I had a violent intestinal reaction to something in the meal only to find out the bathroom toilet paper was empty. This is not what I have experienced at other Taco Macs, so I would have to point to management. Can't recommend this location.

Service is very poor , unprofessional, I asked to see the manager and he showed up after 20 min , but I like the burgers.

Food is pretty good and what you would expect from a Taco Mac. Only 3 stars because the entire floor is the stickiest thing you have ever walked in your life. Nothing like listening/watching games while it sounds like people are wearing crocs at the pool.

Picked up a dinner order of wings, regular fries, and sweet potato fries. My biggest gripe was the amount of fries we got - $3.99 for an order of fries the size of a deck of cards. Barely even took up half the space of the box they came in. Wings didn't taste fresh and were quite dry.

The atmosphere was peaceful. The food was great! The prices were reasonable.

Huge draft beer selection.
Wings not from frozen chicken small but good quality. Train wreck nacho filling. Steak quesadilla hit the spot.

Screens everywhere. Good place to see sports. Auburn, Ohio State?

My husband and I were just out enjoying the weekend and weather, decided to give this particular Taco Mac a try,upon entering we weren't greeted until we approached the counter and inquired about sitting outside, guess that was our mistake because others entered after us were seated immediately and waited on. After sitting outside for 15 minutes with no one coming to take order I said let's go, then a gentleman came and asked had we been waited on and he apologized for no one coming and offered to take our order but at this point I was over it and ready to go. Not to mention although seating is available outside they should still keep tables clean, I asked about that and they gave me the hand wipes to clean the table. Would never give them a second chance
