3rd time here and they absolutely do not disappoint!!! The food is soooooo good!!! The grouper fish is OUTSTANDING!!!! A must try!!! Also a super friendly atmosphere!

Move over Avalon and Downtown, Taste the Flavor is AWESOME! We came here for the first time and are THRILLED to eat where the food is DELISH in an elegant yet hip setting. Love the comfy booths. Love the incredibly friendly service. Most of all, we simply enjoyed our breakfast/brunch! Just delicious flavors all the way around with attention to detail. We were hoping to find a yummy breakfast place closer to us in Milton, and this is it! What a wonderful place also to meetup with family and friends. Love, love, love!!

Fantastic taste, presentation, service and decor. My first time here, but certainly not my last. I am savoring the wonderful crab salmon eggs benedict. I look forward to coming back to try other items and can say THIS is my NEW Favorite Brunch Spot! 5 STARS!!!

The food is amazing! My girlfriends and I went for brunch and we all enjoyed our meal. Also, the presentation of the food was great. I would post pictures but we our food looked and tasted so good, we ate it before we could photograph. The service was excellent. I recommend the grits with your meal.

I am familiar with Flavor Rich Restaurant and it was my go to for great breakfast/brunch. I was happy when I found out that they were doing a concept restaurant in my neighborhood. I made reservations online and paid via the Toast App. It was Mother's Day Weekend so me and my girlfriend's wanted to celebrate motherhood and friendship. The good... The food was amazing, which I expected. The service was good. I could tell they were new and figuring things out but good food can compensate for a lot. I love to see a black restaurant in the neighborhood offering delicious food. The bad we spilt the bill 3 ways, however I noticed the $15 deposit wasn't deducted. So I mentioned it to my Waitress who told me the Manager would refund the money. She asked for my name and number which I provided and left. I honestly forgot about it. Until I say my statement and saw the charge was still there. So I called to follow-up, the first person I spoke to was a little rude and wanted to tell me that it came off the bill. Once I explained the situation she stated she would have a Manager call me back. No one called so I followed up again, only to be told the Manager on duty wasn't there. Its $15 so no its not that deep. Its the principle and sheer customer service. If you say your going to do something do it. Don't charge people deposits your just keeping or at least advertise that. We each paid and we each tipped generously so me having to call and run down people about a $15 deposit is disgraceful. It left a bad taste in me and my friends mouths and that was over a week and a half ago and still no return on my deposit.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant. I brought a party of eight people without a reservation and they were still able to accommodate this large party. Everyone enjoyed their food. No one had any complaints. Our server KB was amazing. She worked well with such a large party. The ambience was amazing. My family and I will definitely be back to this new hidden gem!

Taste The Flavor Brunch Bar is a hidden gem that absolutely lives up to its name! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, cozy atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The space is stylish and inviting—perfect for catching up with friends or indulging in some solo comfort food therapy.

Now let’s talk about the food—because WOW. The Captain Crunch French Toast is a masterpiece: crunchy on the outside, soft and pillowy inside, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. I also tried the Chicken and Mac and the Chicken and Waffles, and both dishes were flavor-packed and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chef puts love and creativity into every plate.

Service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. And with prices ranging around $20–$30, it’s well worth every penny for the quality and experience you get.

Whether you’re a brunch aficionado or just looking for a delicious new spot to try, Taste The Flavor Brunch Bar is a must-visit. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Food was phenomenal! The potatoes are some of the best I ever had. The grits are perfection. The butter is made of magic 🥐☕️

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with premium hospitality. Had the best French toast I've eaten in ages and the ambience was very tasteful. I'm definitely coming back again and thankful that Taste the Flavor is not far away from me.

Had a great brunch here! T was incredibly friendly, attentive, fun and welcoming! Our food was excellent, we had the salmon bagel and my boys had the chicken and waffles. My son said “this was the best breakfast that he had this year” and already requested to come back for his birthday in September! 😄

Came here and had a great experience! The food was excellent and the vibe did not miss. We needed something like this out here!! I had the French toast but tried a few of the other dishes at my table… everything was amazing. My wife loved her salmon Benedict. Service was great and the owners personally made sure we enjoyed our time. Can’t wait to go back.
