An amazing experience with decor that makes you immediately say 'ah'. The service was great, as were the food, drinks and atmosphere. We loved the beef curry crepes, Brussel sprouts and I personally ordered the most delicious Caesar salad with shrimp with crispy chickpeas. Please make this a destination when you are in the Avalon area, and I promise, you will be glad you came. BTW, we did make dinner reservations.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu too

Had dinner with my wife at The Cape before a movie. Great food and great service. Nice atmosphere!

The chicken piccata is absolutely amazing!! I switch out the asparagus with spinach! My hands down one of my favorite dishes in Georgia and then add in the beauty of the restaurant and a yummy handcrafted cocktail and you put together a great Thursday night. I ordered the Frose! Super yummy cocktail! The restaurant a tad chilly, but other than that, The Cape is hands down one of my favorite restaurants!

I enjoyed the restaurant very much. The attentiveness of the waitress was very superb. The food was amazing, I highly recommend the shrimp tempura roll appetizer and for the main course the salmon or lamb chops. If you like to have a drink with your meal, please try the Mai Tai.

I visited the site at Avalon which in itself is a wonderful environment. The intimate size of the restaurant is perfect for a business lunch or evening out. It was my first visit so my knowledge of the menu is limited, however; the entre that I ordered was excellent.

Loved loved loved The Cape! I cannot believe it took us so long to decide to try it! I cannot wait to go back! Great atmosphere and service. We comfortably dined at the bar. Our bartender was nice and professional (I forgot his name maybe Orosario?). Karina, the manager on duty, was so kind to come and talk to us to make sure our ‘first time’ was pleasant. We tried the tuna tataki, the frittura mista, the ground beef crepes (OMG), and the lamb chops. Delizioso! The pomegranate margarita one of the best margaritas I have had! What else can I say? Oh yeah, it’s in Avalon so plenty of parking and lots of shopping!

Very cute atmosphere and vibe. It is actually pretty unique in comparison to most georgia locations. The menu was really different and yummy. My main feedback is that the dishes are on the smaller size and slightly pricey. The menu descriptions are somewhat misleading. My favorite part of the experience was the themed drinks!

The Cape, located in the Avalon, was perfect for a meetup with friends! We visited over Valentine's weekend, and the ambiance was brimming with love-themed decor. The intimate atmosphere is accentuated by its exquisite decorations. Whether you're in a small group or a larger one, there's ample seating available alongside a fully stocked bar.The service was excellent. The host promptly greeted us, retrieved my reservation, and seated our party of four. Our server was also very courteous and attentive throughout our meal.Arriving around lunchtime, we opted for a selection of fries, sushi rolls, Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts, all of which proved equally satisfying. For my main course, I chose the tacos accompanied by coconut rice. The portion size was generous; I could only finish one of the two tacos on my platter.A couple of additional points to note: this establishment offers a gender-neutral restroom, and the signature candle of The Cape adds a distinctive touch. Furthermore, the presence of a free parking deck in the plaza is a convenient perk.

Food was delicious but server was MIA for a lot of our dining experience. I ordered one drink and then decided I wanted something else and was never able to replace it because he didn't come back to our table. By the time he did so up I had just decided to keep what I originally ordered.

Great food in a nice bistro-feel restaurant. Easy to carry a conversation with some easy music playing in the background. Very polished interior , very clean , tastefully decorated. Had the halibut and my wife had the salmon, both were prepared well and simple (in a great way) in their presentation. We will definitely have this on our short list for evenings out.

I love this restaurant and have visited several times. It's in a great location, surrounded by shops and other eateries. As a pescatarian The halibut, Shrimp tacos and crab dip all have great flavor and consistency. Those are my favs! Staff is friendly and kind and provide great service.
