We ordered ultimate plate and the lamb was over cooked and chicken was over cooked. Rice was great. There was only one waiter for 4 tables.

My husband and I did not know where to to have dinner tonight... While we was wondering where to go, we saw this gem restaurant... once we got in It looked spacious and clean. I ordered lamb kabob platter and really enjoyed every bit of it. It is juicy and tender. I would like to thank our so active waiter, Omar, for his excellent service...We really enjoyed his nice touch when he offered us a fantastic mint lemonade on house. Certainly we shall come back again.

Food and ambiance was good but their service was way slow. Also, the serving person was rude and didn't gave proper information about menu.

Had a lunch with my colleague and ordered the mix grill platter and some other stuff from Menu. The food taste very good, the quality of lamb and chicken is really great. The service is good. The food taste is really authentic Lebanese. The best part I liked the freshly baked pitta bread which taste so good with cold starters like baba ganoush and hamous. I asked them to bake the pitta well and they did not quickly which tasted even better instead of soft and fluffy.

This is the best place of Mediterranean cuisine by far. They serve the finest food of the region. If you say you tasted Mediterranean before coming to cedar Cafe, you do not know what you are saying. Just come and savor the moment

Again a place which had great potential went horribly wrong . The buffet is a joke full of processed frozen potatoes??? Home fries like thing ??? Dry meat probably all leftovers dishes that has nothing to do with middle eastern food and believe me I know . Portions shrunk and if they are busy service is not good . We tried again just because I really loved this place initially but was really disappointing again . Tried another place a little further and was amazing so ended up hosting a big party there and all was right on point so I guess I have to drive a little further next time . After 3 chances I am comfortable to say will never go there again

One of the finest Middle Eastern restaurants in the area. A broad menu and everything we had was fresh and delicious.

Wow..I was surprised at how bad our experience was here tonight. It's really hard to find a restaurant that can accommodate a family of 25+ without having to pay an extra fee, so I was really excited to have been recommended Cedar Cafe. We were only allowed to eat the buffet ($25 pp), however we did notice other families were ordering from the menu?! But whatever, the expectation was that the buffet food would be delicious, and it was not. Most of the food lacked flavor, and the chicken and lamb both were very dry. They didn't have kabob which I thought was strange as that is usually a staple for this type of cuisine. The kunafa was disgusting -- it was as if they just threw unsweetened vermicilli noodles on top of a block of cream cheese. As the other reviews said, the customer service was very poor. My mom had asked for them to bring us some warm pita bread and they said that the ones on the buffet table is all we get and those were cold. How rude! I'll certainly not be back. The price of the buffet was worth $10 at MOST. Only thing I liked from it was the hummus Ana babaganoush. It should have been a clue when the restaurant was not busy at all on a Saturday night. It weren't from our large party, I'd say only 2-3 other families showed up for dinner. Jerusalem Cafe or Rumis Kichen nearby are %30000 better

Went for the first time for a Ramadan buffet. The food was good and everybody was so nice. I'd definitely come back!

Very impressed! Got the dinner for two and we will definitely be back!! The service was very warm and inviting. Turkish coffee and Knafeh were to die for.

Absolutely love this place! Service was great but the food was the best! All around great atmosphere when you're there! My wife and I drive all the way from Alabama to come eat here! BEST HOMEMADE CUISINE!

I lived in Dubai for 17 years and moved to the states. It's really hard to find authentic Middle Eastern food that satisfies true culture until I found this place. I always go with my husband who has never tried this kind of cuisine and he absolutely loves it! He would travel hours just to get more. I also can't stay away from the food and atmosphere for too long as it feels like home. I would recommend anything from the stone oven (bakery menu) and Moroccan Mint Tea.

I did not like the place! Waitress was like she had just started to work and knew nothing about serving customers. She wanted to pick up a bowl and asked me to pass her the bowl. It's no big deal but the etiquette is not right. She never stopped to ask if we need anything and at the end I had to call for her to come get us the check. Ambient low light with Arabic coffeehouse music that resembled like moaning and crying than a cheerful or light classy music or anything that made you feel enjoying the environment. Overall, not a good experience and I won't step in there again. The food was good though if there was anything good with it. I guess they have their own usual customers that keep the place in business!!

HANDS DOWN BEST ARABIC AUTHENTIC FOOD IN GEORGIA! I'm a vegan and there were a few ways I could customize the food and the server wasn't at all bothered with my questions about the food. Amazing patient service and loved the arab vibe of eating there. I'll def be returning 👍 😍and the food Was of course fresh and DELICIOUS!!!

I drive past this place on Alpharetta highway all the time. From the outside it just looks like another one box shop. The name should give it away but somehow in the last two years I have not been enticed to come in. I suppose it's hard for businesses to show when they are constrained by the building itself. Anyway came in here for lunch after searching in yelp for something vegetarian. Although not purely vegetarian cedar cafe being "mediterranean" has some great options. The owner is from Palestine which frankly is my second shop with origins in Palestine in the Roswell area. The food is great. Although I came in for a light lunch and had one the quality of the food was very good. I had the cedar sampler ( appetizer) with pickles and olives exchanged for tabbouleh. The babaganoush made in the restaurant fresh has the taste of the roasted skin. The slightly Smokey chargrilled taste that all good babaganoush should have. Creamy and just right on the salt, it was perfect with the warm home made ( not confirmed) pita bread. The tabbouleh again fresh. Has not been lying around in some fridge somewhere. Perfect balance of fresh parsley, cucumber, tomatoes wheat and the tangy lemon. The hummus creamy. Falafel good and freshly fried. Not as puffy as the ones a Jerusalem chef down the road but still very good. I had this with a Moroccan tea. Black tea, mint rose water and some other ingredients with a slight amount of sugar. Maybe a tiny bit pricey ($18 tax included) but well worth the experience and more importantly the taste. Music and atmosphere good. Arab music playing and the interior decor nicely decorated. Highly recommend if you like Arab food.
