Amazing food and great service. Our waiter was very patient and sweet . He even took a picture of all of us for me, service was 5 stars for sure .

I got seated but after 15 minutes of not even being acknowledged by anyone, I left.

We had Matthew M as our server and honestly the whole experience was disappointing. After waiting what felt like forever for our food, our appetizer never even showed up. When my order finally came, it was missing ingredients, and at that point all I could do was shake my head. Definitely not the kind of service I expect at The Cheesecake Factory.

I ordered gluten free pasta, they bring out my pasta and i’ve eaten about 1/2 of it and they come over to inform me that the pasta i’m eating IS NOT GLUTEN FREE. Then we had to ask to have a discount because they wouldn’t provide it unprompted. Service and communication within the restaurant is not great. If you have a food allergy, make sure you know what you’re eating.

The environment is always great. Service was good. The appetizer was delicious, we ordered the mixed egg rolls. Ordered their Chicken tacos and Jambalaya pasta as usual and their delicious.

I generally order takeout twice a week. Most of their dishes are great but a couple are just okay. That's why 4 stars on food.
Since I get takeout I don't know much about the atmosphere.
I can say that I get great curbside pickup.

We have eaten here a couple of times in the past month and each time was great. I feel like they have revamped their presentation and service. Prior, I was disappointed in both the food and service. I felt like no one there cared but since returning after at least a year, it’s been great. The chicken lettuce wraps were very fresh and tasty. Skinnylicious factory chopped salad was better than previous as well. It’s hard to find good restaurants around here where almost everything isn’t fried. We’ll definitely be back.

Brought my mom here while she was visiting me in Atlanta and we had such a wonderful experience! The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. Our food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from The Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the Cheeseburger Au Jus and it was probably the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My mom loved her meal as well, and of course we had to finish with dessert. Overall, it was such a great experience that my mom and I already decided we’ll be coming back here the next time she visits. Highly recommend!

Though we have been to North Point Mall multiple times, we decided to try Cheesecake Factory for a special occasion today which was in our bucket list for long time. Well, food was awesome. Menu had simple and variety of choices, we went for Seafoods and had best Fish and Chips in town. Salmon out of kids meal was good too, nicely cooked and can feel the taste of Salmon, which my son liked it along with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Factory Nachos plate was huge and loaded, it was great. Mocktails were refreshing too.

I would have given a 5 star if the service was a little better. Waiter was in a hurry and was not much courteous, we have to rush
through the menu and picked from the top.

I just left the cheese cake factory with my girlfriend for happy hour. We were promptly Seated at the bar. The server came over and got our drinks then took our order. We sat there for over 45 minutes after placing our order and never received any of the bread or any update on our entrées. We only ordered appetizers that were noted on the happy hour menu and there’s no reason why it should take over 45 minutes for the food to come out. And the place wasn’t even busy to boot. We got there a little after 4 PM and we left a little before 5 PM. Before leaving we told the server that we were good on our order and went to go have Burger King.

I will say that service at this cheesecake factory has been very hit or miss lately. Today was definitely a miss.

I just wanted to give this feedback so hopefully there’s some changes and more consistency if I choose to return at some point down the road.
