Fried Mac & cheese!!!!😄💖 The wait staff is really nice & pet friendly, too!!!

This location is not my favorite. They sat next in a very odd place as a solo diner.. then told me there was no bread even though I saw other tables receiving bread. My server wasn't attentive and never came back to refill my drink. I will stick to the cumberland location from now on.

I’m addicted to the Thai Lettuce Wraps! The cheesecakes are delicious!

I had herb crusted salmon with a lemon butter sauce. It was tasty. The mashed potatoes were delicious!

Amazing as usual, I love this place.

Every time we've gone, we want the chicken parmigiana pizza and they NEVER have it. Get better!

WORST Meal EVER !! I dont think I've written a worse Review for a Restaurant I actually love.
Pasta that was stuck together and crispy ... No Sauce on Madeira chicken! Dry Brussel sprouts!! Chicken was overcooked ... No sauce on the pasta!! Bread was stale as could be! Pretzel bites were hard as a rock! $130 for food I wouldn't serve to animals. Maybe the cheesecake will be better but I doubt it. GET IT TOGETHER people the Restaurant business isn't that difficult. Especially Take Out! IF You wouldn't Eat it .... Why would You Serve it?
IF I could do a Charge back I seriously would.... WOW!! Is All I have to say..... smh

Very top tier food. Ironically the cheesecake is the lesser. I've had better cheesecake from Whole Foods. It's not the NY cheesecake, it's lighter and more whipped. Buffalo Blasts are my favorite. Basically Buffalo chicken & cheese stuffed pastry, fried as if it's a chicken.

We had the egg role sampler, which was epic! Lunch serving of spicy cashew chicken and Chipotle chicken pasta. The spicy cashew chicken was so salty it was almost inedible. The Chipotle chicken pasta was ok, but nothing special. Overall service was good. They were very accommodating to our 6 month old baby girl providing a clean high chair. Will definitely return for the egg rolls!

Had to rewrite this review after a bit because I was actually surprised by how bad the experience was. The food was awful and took 45 minutes - an hour. It was cold and bland a combination that is miserable for a fried chicken sandwich. The service was rough but it wasn’t our servers fault they had to seemingly run the bar and serve us… the dishes were all dirty my coffee mug came with purple lipstick all over it. Only thing this factory cooked up for me today was sadness.

We visited this Cheesecake Factory twice in the past couple months and both times were disappointing. Had to go to the front desk to ask for menus, got our bread but had to ask for napkins and utensils, ordered an appetizer that we never got, sat for over an hour and never got our food before we gave up an walked out. Don’t seat people if the kitchen and staff cannot handle it.

The food it’s pretty good. The “skinnylicious “ options works fine if you don’t want to eat a lot. Good atmosphere.

The worst experience ever!!! They make us wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food that never was ordered by the sever and manager NOEL did not a care !!! It is awful experience. . And the food cold old and disgusting. Waisted Time and money.
